“I liked this hotel. Good location, and I enjoyed the rooms. Check-in experience could be improved - I was unclear that breakfast in the Elite lounge closed at 10am. When I got there at 11am it was completely closed (staff were just refilling the room), I think a sign that said someone would be returning would be helpful. Thankfully the manager Zack was able to make up the breakfast for us which brings this to a 4 star for exemplary customer experience. Thanks Zack!”
