The customer service was topnotch and better than most hotels that I have stayed at recently. Melissa was also great to work with when it came time to tweak our reservations! “The location is great, easy access to Riverwalk and restaurants. I was able to check in early in the afternoon and went to place some items in the “cooling unit” but noticed it was warm. I attempted to adjust the temperature dial to no avail. I called the front desk and they sent someone from engineering who states the unit is “super old” and there was nothing he could do. He suggested I call the front desk to request a refrigerator which I did. I was informed that all of the refrigerators are in use and I was first on the wait list. I called again the next day and the day after and was repeatedly told that there were no refrigerators available. Unfortunately I ended up wasting a fair amount of food without a proper way to cool leftovers. I do a fair amount of travel and can not remember the last room I stayed in that didn’t have this feature, especially at this price point.”
