“I had a friend come over to visit me and he was nearly escorted out of my room. Immediately I got a phone call because they monitor you on the cams 24/7 as if as you are in prison or a big brother show. It doesn't make you feel comfortable or feel at home as a guest. I have stayed in many 5* hotels all around the GCC but have never been in this situation before (not even in Saudia).”
