Acabei de falar com Vandana no departamento de vendas. Ela foi muito rude e pouco profissional. Ela não estava disposta a responder a nenhuma das minhas perguntas e apenas disse para vir diretamente se eu tivesse alguma preocupação. Quando pedi para falar com seu gerente, ela disse: "Sou o único com quem você pode falar e não há ninguém acima de mim"Que tipo de equipe acha que está acima das necessidades dos clientes? O pior serviço. Esta não é uma hospitalidade 5 estrelas.

Just spoke to Vandana in the sales department. She was very rude and unprofessional. She was not willing to answer any of my questions and just said to come directly if I had any concerns. When I asked to speak to her manager, she said "I am the only one you can speak to and there is noone above me" What kind of staff thinks they are above the customers needs? The worst service. This is not 5 star hospitality.

Um amigo veio me visitar e ele quase foi escoltado para fora do meu quarto. Imediatamente recebi um telefonema porque eles monitoram você nas câmeras 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana, como se você estivesse na prisão ou em um show de irmão mais velho. Não faz você se sentir confortável ou se sentir em casa como hóspede. I se hospedaram em muitos 5* hotéis em todo o GCC, mas nunca nesta situação antes (nem mesmo na Saudia).

Un amigo vino a visitarme y casi lo escoltan fuera de mi habitación. Inmediatamente recibí una llamada telefónica porque te monitorean en las cámaras las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana, como si estuvieras en prisión o en un programa de hermano mayor. No te hace sentir cómodo o sentirte como en casa como invitado. Me he alojado en muchos hoteles de 5* en todo el CCG, pero nunca antes había estado en esta situación (ni siquiera en Saudia).

I had a friend come over to visit me and he was nearly escorted out of my room. Immediately I got a phone call because they monitor you on the cams 24/7 as if as you are in prison or a big brother show. It doesn't make you feel comfortable or feel at home as a guest. I have stayed in many 5* hotels all around the GCC but have never been in this situation before (not even in Saudia).

Ótimo hotel de frente para a praia. Bom lugar para ficar. No Restaurante Al Bustan pode encontrar qualquer comida que goste. A equipe do restaurante irá atendê-lo muito bem. Gran hotel en primera línea de playa. Buen lugar para quedarse. En el Restaurante Al Bustan puedes encontrar cualquier comida que te guste. El personal del restaurante te atenderá muy bien. Fuimos al desayuno en Al Bustan Gran servicio, comunicación eficiente y un servicio al cliente realmente excelente fue muy amable, paciente y servicial para ayudarnos a encontrar qué. We had dinner at the buffet restaurant and the service was excellent. Our server was Ganesh, he as well as the rest of the team was perfect. I have a four year old son who has made new friends. We look forward to coming back.

Localização fantástica na praia. O kids club é bom para quem tem crianças menores de 8 anos. Há também áreas de recreação ao ar livre. 2 piscinas exteriores e uma piscina interior. O restaurante Bustan tem churrasco todas as quartas-feiras, o que é muito bom.

I got to spend time talking with Genesh in the restaurant down stairs. :) he gave me great recommendations for where to go in Kuwait, and was very friendly. His English was very good too. :) I have not found a staff member here that wasn’t friendly. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuwait City.

Fantastic location on the beach. The kids club is nice for those who have children under 8. There are outdoor playing areas as well. 2 outdoor pools and one indoor pool. The Bustan restaurant has a bbq every Wednesday which is very good.

Extremely dirty, when we complained excuses were given blaming customers. As a hotel establishment it’s not my fault what customers do. You should uphold your service.Horrible service. Horrible rooms. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone coming into Kuwait. For the same price you can stay in a nicer hotel. I would recommend running away from this hotel.When bringing up these concerns to the reception they were unhelpful and avoided helping us at any cost.Worst treatment ever.

Magnifico hotel en un sitio privilegiado . Las instalaciones cuentan con varios restaurantes una terraza espectacular y un resort que comprende gimnasio.spa, piscinas cancha de baloncesto , etc... el desayuno es de lo mejor que he probado nunca en cuanto a variedad y servicio. Sin duda un oasis dentro de la ciudad.
