“Recently booked two rooms here for a vacation in Istanbul taking into account the location and reviews. Regret booking this hotel so badly. Both rooms were in disgusting condition upon arrival. All the towels were stained and falling apart, there was nasty stuff all over the walls and counter tops had nasty gooey stuff, one of the room’s air conditioner was not working. We informed the front desk, they sent someone to rectify the situation. The air conditioner was fixed immediately, however the lady that was sent to clean the room could not be bothered. The room was in such bad condition we ended up leaving within the first hours and had to pay premium price to switch to another hotel last minute, which also happened to be a Hilton and also paid a premium price to the driver outside the hotel, they took this as an opportunity to rip us off. Front staff tried to be helpful but the rooms were in awful condition. See pics. Do not recommend. Also, called Hilton several times during and after and they did nothing. We were refunded our hotel booking fees but then up-charged at a new Hilton location for booking last minute.”
