“Encounter with a very rude and unwelcoming receptionist! This lady was unfriendly and made me feel very uncomfortable!
It was like a second date - a date that clearly was disappointing!
I visited the hotel early 2019 where everything was top nice!
Staff was friendly and polite, it was clean and fresh!
Service level this year was sad, and facilities needed taking care of as well as below standard for cleaning!
It makes sense to exchange the small shampoo bottles with larger ones, but first of all some bottles were empty as well as a cheap plastic holder to keep the bottles that easily fell appart.
Spa area needs to be updated and maintained!
Sad development - but the unwelcoming receptionist ruined my stay! I was a big fan and recommended the hotel to everyone when finishing their camino Santiago de Compostela - they definitely lost me!!!”
