Extremely fast ground floor lobby reception operations will put luggage staff at the side of your car or coach within seconds of you pulling up at the front doors. You won't have to lift a finger because the luggage staff will direct you to take the lifts up to the L reception Lobby where multilingual concierge and bookings staff will check your bookings and allocate your rooms, keys and myriad other traveller-data to make your stay comfortable and smooth. Some reviewers say the decor is dated and there's outstanding maintenance but I haven't seen any examples and my wife and I have been here six days since 30Dec17. Anyway none of it matters to me because we travelled for 24 hours from New Zealand to get here with my wife and we're staying for eight days and the hotel staff have made all the appropriate first impressions on us.
