Funcionários atenciosos hotel de alto nível.mas com problemas sérios:janelas são completamentefechadas e o ar no quarto ê ruim com.cheiro de bolor e produto químico.Ar condicionado não regula e fica frio

The only 2 things that are great in this hotel is the staff and the bed and pillows, very comfy, but there is no fridge, coffee maker in room, no balconies, no gift shop, no vending machine, no ice machine, a very unconformable hotel, no amenities whatsoever, oh and the internet fails a lot.

EL PEOR MARRIOTT DE LA VIDA El servicio es regular, cuando llegamos no tenían nuestra reservación, no lo resolvieron, tuvimos que pagar otra habitación. El hotel está viejo y sucio, las toallas olían mal, las sabanas tenían manchas. Había basura en el piso. Simplemente terrible. Evítense el mal gusto de ir 😭

Muy bonito el hotel, el personal muy amable, las habitaciones tienen una buena vista a la piscina. Los que quieran entrar a la piscina el horario es de 10 am - 9 pm

El hotel muy bonito, pero falta mantenimientos , en la habitación el frigobar y el teléfono de buro no funcionó.En el restaurante el buffett aburrido,antes de panademia había variedad, el encargo o gerente del restaurante no muy agradable , el personal de meseros muy atentos.La alberca muy bonita,pero miras desde ahí que las paredes densas habitación por fuera o la vista del hotel una parte a punto de caer la vista.. el servicio en la piscina muy bien..

Muy buen cuarto, bonita alberca, pero los precios de los platillos me parecieron inflados pagas por el lugar, pero la comida puede ser igualada o superada por un menor precio.

Es un hotel bonito y agradable en villahermosa, la atencion en muy buena a comparacion de otras aqui en villahermosa, aun si te fijas ya se nota que han pasado los años por ese hotel y a donde sea que voltees ya encuentras detalles del tiempo

Horrible, apesta a húmedad la habitación. No funciona el aire acondicionado, y en villa hermosa es el infierno. Nos ofrecieron un ventiladory pasó media hora y jamás lo subieron, tuve que bajar a buscarlo personalmente. Los herrajes del baño no servían. Se derramaba el agua. Terrible la experiencia. Por favor hay más hoteles mejores y del mismo precio.

Me hospede ahí con mi novio y es el peor Marriott en el que hemos estado. Para llorar, la cama estaba mojada, llamamos a las camaristas y nos tiraron de locos diciendo que estaba bien. Al día siguiente una persona un poco más amable Carlos, me comentó que en efecto estaba extraño todo. La Srita de la recepción , nefastamente no hizo nada más que pedir disculpas. Sabiendo completamente la calidad del servicio. El desayuno terrible y nadie te ayuda.Solo una señorita en recepción muy pro activa me ayudo en mi estancia, lo mejor del hotel !!! me ayudo a conseguir una bolsa de plástico que necesitaba, mientras la recepcionista me negaba la ayuda. Y me decía no.Si tuviera un -5 se lo pondría !Tuvimos que orar en Villahermosa solo por una noche y fue la peor experiencia!!!Y somos clientes bonvoy! Para llorar el servicio de este hotel :Los que ponen buenos comentarios seguro son los mismos que trabajan ahí.

Fui a desayunar con toda mi familia 1. El mesero que pone las tazas para el café casi casi nos las avienta con su prisa 2. El mesero que tomó la orden, apurado y presionando a qué pudiéramos, mis papás piden desayuno americano a la carta con huevos al gusto, pide mi papá omelette y mi mamá rancherosy le dicen que no, que únicamente en huevos al gusto, huevos revueltos con lo que quieran, que es lo único 3. Mucha prisa por traernos las tazas del café, pero jamás llegó el café 4. Con las prisas de los empleados y lo ruidoso del lugar, simplemente nos sentimos todos muy incómodos y nos fuimos de ahí, y nadie de la administración le interesó el saber que había pasado

People is nice but the problem is that it is an old Hotel. I called maintenance to fix a leak on the roof on the bathroom they "fixed" I went out for a couple hours when I went back the leak was still there and part of the roof on the floor, carpets on the hallways look dirty as well

Amazing superior room, nice view on the swimming pool, 10th floor service was perfect and staff were lovely. There was nothing I could change.

I've been hearing lots of great things about this hotel until I checked in on the weekend after my power and water at my place in Villahermosa shutdown. Front desk Paz was pleasant, pool nice, service to get drinks extremely slow, order at pool and had to wait 20minutes and the place was empty. So that started off not so good. The room was good then upon checking out I left and drove home 10minutes away. Remember I forgot a very expensive cologne and my apple charge. Drove back within 10minutes. Mentioned to front desk what was forgotten and they reach-out to the maid service. I waited 20minutes and still wasn't getting results. Finally after waiting I asked to go to room and look myself. So I did upon noticed someone had been in the room and tossed the sheets around and both items weren't in room. Clearly this place doesn't have a lost and found more like FORGOT AND YOU LOSE Policy! So does the Marriott allow theft in there hotels is the question? I filled a complaint with Paz and never heard back I called left another complaint and nothing. Rule of thumb there isn't honest people and triple check your room before leaving the Marriott's!

Kind and efficient staff. Nice location but mold smell affects some rooms. Good restaurant but Menu should be renovated more often

I have to keep in mind that this hotel is both one of the best options in Villahermosa (not saying much) and relatively inexpensive. If the hotel was in the US, it would likely be condemned. Regardless, it is well located and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is huge and nice to relax by. The pool bar is closed (COVID) but waiter service is available. Lots of cleaning staff. I’m trying to be positive. The building is very sad and in need of refurbishment. Carpets are stained and frayed. It just feels worn out. Doors broken, basement (gym/conference room floor) leaks after heavy rain. The gym has so much potential but the elliptical and bike are broken. The floor is rotting because of the leaks. Hot and humid. Weights work. I was in a suite, which was spacious, but again, it is tired. Old furniture, loud AC, useless refrigerator, stained shower curtain. The usual. Bed very comfy, work space was great and Wi-Fi was fast. This helped a lot. Big TV, small, stinky couch. COVID wasn’t my concern when I was near those cushions! Good breakfast buffet. Dinner options are varied and half decent (fish tacos, ribeye tacos, tortilla soup and fish dishes all good. Short rib and steak options not great). Wine options are terrible, but I appreciate this is not a big deal for most people. Run across to the Walmart for decent booze. Room service is efficient. Hotel bar closed, ice machines offline.
