“The best part of this review is the staff. They were all fantastic and this review is no parts geared towards them. This hotel needs alot of updating, the rooms were really outdated and many days i had to use the staff elevator because the guest elevator did not work. Bear in mind, this is the tallest building in Cali so the elevator not working is a big deal. There is no option for any English speaking TV channels and the windows dont open so the room gets really stuffy. The location is right in the middle of a busy intersection and there isn't anywhere really close enough to walk to. The neighborhood was sketchy so i took a cab when if the destination was a 5 minute walk away. Make sure you download a translator app because no one speaks English including the hotel staff.”

“I mean. I loved the room category I booked. It had an awesome view and overall the room itself was perfect.
The breakfast was so yummy. I liked to see a variety of choices and since it is a buffet style it was perfect for myself and my loved ones.
The reason behind booking this hotel was the “pool or jacuzzi” advertised. I didn’t like to know that there were not a pool nor a jacuzzi. I felt lied to. Please marketing has to make it clear so travellers avoid confusions.
Other than this, the hotel is located in a perfect area, very close to everything.”
