“We stayed here in October of 2021 for our 5th anniversary after getting married at the Majestic in 2016.We will absolutely be coming back again and again.The Mirage is absolutely beautiful and the staff is friendly and makes sure to go out of their way to give you memories to cherish forever.If you want an amazing butler - request Carlos.I could not say enough good things.He made sure to make our anniversary one to remember and always took the time to make us feel taken care of.We will be asking for Carlos when we come back very soon! “I booked this stay as a get away before Ski season starts where we live. We has a Ground Floor Unit with more of a private shared pool which was awesome! You have everything that you could ever need inside the resort as far as food, drink, and entertainment goes. Alejandro was our butler and did a fantastic job. On that note the fact that the butlers are not assigned to just 1 building blows my mind especially coming from a hospitality background. He has rooms all over the resort so he was having to run around like crazy instead of being able to focus on 1 location of the resort. I think if this is fixed the butlers would greatly appreciate it and be able to their job beyond expectations and how well they do already. Went to the Japanese and Steakhouse while there and both were good quality food, but lacking in size of the actual meal. I would stay here again on a family vacation, but if you are looking for something with access more of the culture in the Dominican and more authentic street food this is not the place for you. The resorts are all clumped together in one location so if you wanted to go out on the town outside the resort you had to take a taxi which was fine with us, but keep that in mind.”

El lugar es muy bonito y agradable. Con hermosos jardines, muchos bares y restaurantes. Sin embargo para hacer un Resort todo incluido tiene varias fallas que no debería de tener para el tamaño y la categoría de este hotel. Estuve 8 días ahí y pude darme cuenta de los errores que tiene en su servicio.De entrada el protocolo de check-in está mal organizado. Hay que esperar mucho, las habitaciones no están listas aún llegando después de las 3:00 pm. Los recepcionistas se hacen bolas entre ellos, las recamaristas no responden por los radios para saber si ya están listas, etc. A mí me fueron a poner fundas de las almohadas 4 horas después de que me instalé en la habitación. Se nota que no hay una capacitación y supervisión constante.No ofrecen cócteles de cortesía a la llegada de los huéspedes. Lo cual le resta puntos respecto de sus competidores.Yo reservé una habitación con vista a la alberca, en el entendido de que se trataba de una vista hacia el centro del complejo en donde está la “alberca principal”, sin embargo me dieron una habitación que da el traspatio en donde en efecto hay una pequeña alberquita para los cuartos de la planta baja. Así nunca le pierden.Los bufetes no son tan variados como los de sus hoteles competidores. La comida no es de lo mejor. Aunque es aceptable. Sin embargo carecen de una debida fumigación, ya que llegué a ver plaga caminando al rededor de los platos en el buffet Seaside.Los restaurantes temáticos carecen de suficiente personal, lo que hace el servicio lento en la mayoría de las ocasiones.Las habitaciones son amplias, eso sí, con jacuzzi, tina, ducha dos baños, dos televisores, etc. Tienen internet con buena potencia de acceso rápido sin contraseña en la habitación (falla en las áreas de albercas) y lo mejor de todo es que la pulsera que colocan en el brazo es la llave de la habitación, así nunca se olvidará adentro.No obstante la limpieza dejan mucho que desear se nota que no hay cuidado en hacer limpieza profunda cuando los huéspedes se han ido. Un día encontré una cucaracha de las grandes en la habitación nunca supe por dónde entró.El servibar estaba incompleto. No hay reloj en la habitación. La presión del agua de la ducha es muy baja.El personales en general es atento dentro de lo que cabe, con esa desparpajez característica de los habitantes de países caribeños, pero se ve a leguas que no reciben capacitación. Sin embargo es parte del encanto de visitar estos lugares y gozar de la improvisación constante. No obstante lo anterior, cabe destacar el excelente servicio, actitud, amabilidad y buena disposición de Elena, Miqueya, Dayanira y Jendry camareras de el teatro y Plaza Bar. De John de animación. De Olga y Santa hostess de los diversos restaurantes. Ellos son los que salvan las inconveniencias y fallas del resto del equipo.Ojalá resuelvan esas fallas para que la próxima vez que visite este hotel pueda darle 5 estrellas.

So….I have decided to edit my review from 5 stars to 3 after my experience from Saturday until today.I don’t know what happened between Thursday and Saturday but I have not enjoyed certain parts of my stay any longer.Three out of your Five restaurants are extremely disappointing.They are lacking in customer service big time.Sad that your hostesses and restaurant waitstaff make guest feel like second class citizens. I no longer plan on coming back to this resort.I am still extremely appreciative of the staff members I mentioned below including Paola, Omar and Juan from building 7 swim-up bar.—original review—Already planning my next stay!I am oh so pleased that I picked the MM Punta Cana for my family vacation.This resort accommodates family and adult only activities.The grounds are perfectly kept and the service from check-in to room service is amazing. They provide a variety of options for eating and drinking.Everyone on staff has been wonderful, friendly and helpful.The shows and activities are great.The performers are a treat and extremely talented.Dominican night was so much fun!Our majordomo Arturo is fantastic. Arturo was available for every little thing we needed and checked in on us regularly.The concierge staff was also a wonderful resource to us. Thank you to everyone at the MM Punta Cana for making this trip such an amazing experience but a specially to Arturo, Chris at the concierge service and Maria our housekeeper for taking such good care of us.Wander in the excursion center for setting up an amazing day of water activities.I look forward to seeing you all next year.Appreciate you all.Thank you!

Tivemos uma ótima estadia. Nos hospedamos pela segunda vez na rede Majestic. Dessa vez optando pela Mirage. Bebidas muitos boas, restaurantes impecáveis e estrutura em si muito boa. Voltaríamos pela terceira vez com certeza. Candio nosso mordomo sempre presente e prestativo e ele assim como demais funcionários de uma simpatia que com certeza faz a diferença.

Una excelente elección este hotel. A Mi esposo y a mi nos pareció muy buenala ubicación, la playa blanca y con pocas algas, con servicio de bebidas front beach del área de adultos es excelente. La calidad de la limpieza, la comida, los open barson de lo mejor. La atención de nuestro mayordomo “Carlos” fue muy buena, siempre estuvo atento a nuestras dudase inquietudes acerca del hotel así como en general del turismo en la isla. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos en este hotel. Una mención especial a las camareras y personal de servicio, siempre amables dispuestos al servicio. Sin duda volveríamos.

Porque la comida es de muy buena calidad, el aseo los servicios en general muy bueno, detalles sencillos de corregir en la habitación como jabón diario...y aunque se entiende la necesidad del dinero, es importante no hacerlo tan evidente. El mayordomo Giordi es excelente como persona y como parte importante de la familia Majestic cumple muy bien sus funciones.

Loved our stay! It was me+4 friends and we had so much fun. The staff was very welcoming and willing to help us. Drinks were great regardless of the bartender. Pretty solid resort. Food is okay (though some restaurants are better than others). Buffet was okay at some points. There's good things then not very good things. Took a star down because of this. Room service was good. Towel service could've been a bit better but maybe we're unlucky. Activities were fun, especially the beach side parties. Awesome music too. Our Butler David was fantastic and well-spoken. He was attentive and overall a pleasure. Ernesto at the gym was a great and active work out partner 💪. Beach is beautiful and the resort is kept well. We could definitely use more fresh coconuts, the times we had them were amazing 🥥 😌

Beautiful resort, beautiful sandy beaches. Highly recommend the suite rooms (with king bed , living room and 2 bathrooms) with pool access and jacuzzi. We were really pleased with our room and loved the pool access with our own cabana. Pools were fantastic, service was good (some issues with language barriers occasionally). Food was hit and miss (as were drinks) but overall decent. After a couple days we figured out where and what not to eat and to ask for premium alcohol for drinks. If you are a wine drinker you'll be disappointed with the house wines although there are lots of options to buy bottles (very expensive though). The "Animation" staff were excellent , they had fun activities all day every day and the shows at night were great too. Fun resort overall for a family vacation. 4/5 stars.

The workers are very nice and helpful, but at the same time they always ask what they can do to make your stay better.There’s a lot of stuff to do and everything in site is beautiful.They offer butler service which is very helpful and a nice luxury that adds to the trip.Our butler was Eduardo (Ed) if I could give him his own review I’d give him a 5 star. He’s a very nice stand up guy.Omar, Daysi and Paola at the pool bar are the best, and Smiley on the animation/entertainment team. Great people who made the stay very fun.

Absolutely a wonderful vacation. Our Butler Deleon and our pool bartender David were excellent. Everything and everyone was so welcoming. This is a top notch resort and it shows. Speaking with different employees everyone was happy with their jobs. Keep up the great work and we will be back next year. 5 stars is no enough 10+ is more like it.

Majestic Mirage-Stayed 1 weeks in March 2022. Awesome resort. You won’t be disappointed; The resort and grounds are super clean and well cared for. Super functional and laid out really well. I can’t imagine going back to super resorts after staying here. It made for a unique and intimate experience. Especially for adults. You still have access to any activity you might want to indulge in. The services are a truly unique experience. I have to mention our butler “David Castillo” excellent service; He made our experience unforgettable; Always on the ball and went above and beyond; He was always very responsive and super helpful; He works hard to satisfy your every need and want; You can tell he takes pride in the service he offers. Honestly, all the staff are amazing; Again completing the whole experience this is a place you’ll revisit again and again.

A slice of heaven! We stayed one week at the Mirage and it was wonderful. The weather, the beach, the staff, the variety of restaurants were just what we were hoping for. Our butler David asked for our requests daily to make sure everything was absolutely perfect for us. He did an excellent job taking care of us! The steakhouse restaurant was our favorite. We would hands down return to the Mirage in the future as I don’t know what else we would want in an all inclusive resort. Two thumbs up!!!

Estuvimos en el Majestic Mirage una semana de vacaciones con amigos, su bebé de 8 meses y nuestra bebé de 7 meses y sin duda ha sido el mejor hotel que podríamos haber elegido en Punta Cana, tanto si viajas con niños o solo adultos.Empezando por las instalaciones del hotel, son espectaculares, tal y como se muestra en las fotos o incluso mejores. Las habitaciones “all suites” son muy espaciosas, elegantes y cómodas, con el jacuzzi y la terraza que son un plus. Los diferentes restaurantes y buffets tienen una gran variedad de comida de calidad, todo cuidado al detalle y la atención del staff del hotel es inmejorable. Todos súper cariñosos y educados, haciendo que uno se sienta como en casa y pendientes de que estén viviendo unas verdaderas vacaciones de lujo y desconexión. La playa, las piscinas, los espectáculos que tienen lugar cada día, la zona de toboganes acuáticos para niños, el spa, gimnasio y casino… todo una maravilla como para no salir del hotel!!Las directoras del hotel, Blanca y Silvia, fueron amabilísimas desde el primer día. Blanca se encargó en persona de comprobar que cada día estuviésemos bien tanto nosotros como los bebés, recomendando diferentes opciones de ocio que podíamos hacer dentro del hotel. Un trato tan amable y cercano se agradece y es lo que marca la diferencia durante la estancia.Nos asignaron a Elvis como mayordomo nada más llegar, y él personalmente se ocupó cada día de que tuviésemos todo lo que necesitábamos y de comprobar que estuviésemos siempre bien y ofreciendo su ayuda para cualquier cosa. Elvis ha sido de los mejores profesionales que hemos conocido hasta ahora y poder contar con él durante nuestro viaje, un verdadero lujo. La opción de tener a una persona de contacto durante toda nuestra estancia también es un plus que marca la diferencia en el servicio personalizado y de calidad que el hotel Majestic Mirage ofrece.Muchas gracias a todo el staff del hotel por hacer de nuestro primer viaje a Punta Cana una estancia inolvidable, que seguro repetiremos en cuanto podamos!!! The entrance is like the name Majestic. The people are super courteous always welcoming you with a “Hello”. The best part for me was our butler Samuel from helping with restaurant reservations to changing our spa day to helping me surprise my wife for Valentine’s Day, absolutely great. From the beach, the weather, the drinks I never wanted to leave. I left the resort thinking it was a great vacation and Samuel made it better. I travel and Samuel is someone who is extremely attentive and takes pride of his job (thank you for everything)

Just finished a fantastic week at the Mirage.This was my first time staying at the Mirage and it did not disappoint. From the huge rooms to the nice beach to the excellent restaurants and super friendly staff, we enjoyed every minute of vacation.Alejandro took wonderful care of us - anything we needed or any questions we had, he was super responsive. Just message on What’s App and he always responded immediately.The bartenders in the lobby bar were all very friendly. Also Francisco in the piano bar and Omar in the swim up bar both took excellent care of us. Can’t wait to plan a return visit to the Mirage!

Nothing but amazing things to say about this place!!!! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, everything went smoothly! Beautiful grounds, with a beautiful beach. Our butler Miguel was very sweet, attentive and was there for anything we needed. He even booked us a day at the spa which was extremely wonderful! The buffet during the day was great, but the restaurants open for dinner were even better. We enjoyed every meal. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone. I will definitely be back!!

We had a great time at the Mirage. This was our fourth trip to the Majestic properties and it was just as awesome as the others. The staff is super friendly, the resort is clean and in good repair. The beach is a blast and the pools are fantastic. The bars are generous. The thing I like the most is that it never seems crowded. Our butler, Arturo, was very attentive and took good care of us. 10/10 will be back.

Staying at this resort was so amazing. We stayed here for our honeymoon and they went out of their way to make it extra special for us. When we arrived we were automatically greeted with friendly staff that made us feel welcomed. We were upgraded to the romance package when they found that we were just married which included a beautiful room next to the beach, special dinner, breakfast in bed and just little extras throughout our trip to make us feel special. Their drinks were delicious, but I’d suggest if you want the best drinks to go to the lobby bar. The beach bars were not bad, but the lobby bar made drinks on a different level. I’d also highly suggest to get reservations to the French restaurant and Japanese restaurant in particular if you are looking for good food. Their buffets were not bad, but nothing to be excited about. The beach was gorgeous and relaxing, I don’t know how many naps I took out there, but I felt like I was in paradise. Jose was also spectacular and made our stay feel special and was very accommodating to us when we were needing something. I’d highly recommend this place for any occasion, but especially if you are looking for a romantic getaway.

Nuestra experiencia fue maravillosa… Comenzando con el check in, continuando con Arturo que nos mostró todo lo que es el hotel y sus instalaciones… continuando con nuestro Mayordomo Miguel, finalizando con Nelson y las demás muchachas del área de la playa y por supuesto el servicio de la querida Jendry Martinez en el area del patio y el teatro. Todo muy, pero muy bueno y sin olvidar el servicio de la habitación. Excelente!!!! También la Bella Minerva que nos atendió en la boda a la que asistimos. Todo muy nice! Volveremos pronto si Dios lo permite! Gracias!!! Nos encantó el servicio en los restaurantes… el restaurante Francés y sus muchachos, excelentes! El staff del restaurantede desayuno son un amor. Una agradable experiencia. El lugar es muy tranquilo, ideal para desconectarse del trabajo. Es grande, pero no excesivo para que no se logre caminar por todo el establecimiento. Cuanta con varios restaurantes, 2 de los cuales requieren reservas. Cuenta con un mayordomo que es muy atento a todos los requerimientos y asesora con todo tipo de información, lo cual es uno de los puntos fuertes del lugar.

Excelente hotel, con un personal muy amable y atento, dispuestos a cooperar con lo que se necesite. Estuve enferma junto a mi hermano y todos se preocuparon por nuestro estado de salud, partiendo por Leonel nuestro mayordomo, recepción, médico incluso hasta los mismos trabajadores de los comedores. Solo puedo decir que es un hotel que se preocupa por sus huéspedes además de entregar un servicio 10/10.

Nos quedamos en el Majestic Mirage de luna de miel. En comparación con otros "resorts" no es un ambiente de fiestas. Sin embargo, es el lugar perfecto para relajarte y despejar tu mente. Nuestro mayordomo, Wilber Silvestre se encargó de hacernos sentir en casa. Definitivamente, Wilber excedió nuestras expectativas en cuestión al servicio al cliente. La comida riquísima. Adicional a Wilber TODOS los empleados que nos atendieron fueron excelentes especialmente Santa y Ana Maria del buffet. Ahora bien, la única mala experiencia que tuvimos fue en el restaurante de carnes. Tenía altas expectativas de ese restaurante, la carne estaba demasiado salada y el mesero que nos atendió llamado Melvin nos brindo la peor atención que he recibido en toda mi vida. Jamás habia tenido tan pésimo servicio en un restaurante. Pero adicional a ese inconveniente, todo estuvo de maravilla. Definitivamente recomiendo este resort no solo por ser hermoso y relajante. Si no porque los empleados se convierten en tu familia durante esas vacaciones. Volveremos pronto!!

Excelente resort con todo incluido. La atención es de primera. Nuestro butler Miguel siempre atento a nosotros, cordial y excelente servicio, nos ayudo en todo el proceso de citas, reservaciones, cambio de cuartos y respondió a todas nuestras preguntas. Todo el staff fue increíble. La comida es exquisita. Los cuartos espectaculares. Le dan buen mantenimiento a las facilidades para que luzca como el primer dia. Hay musica todo el tiempo y muchas actividades que tendremos que volver para poder participar en todas.

My husband and I, along with 2 other couples had an amazing experience at the Majestic Mirage. We were treated like family from the time we checked in til the day we checked out. Our room was beautiful and spacious with a balcony and hot tub. We were introduced to our butler, Elvis, who was very attentive to all our needs. Elvis would check in with us daily. He would find us wherever we were.He made our stay effortless by making all of our reservations (golf and spa). The resort was spotless. The restaurants were delicious and very accommodating. The spa was amazing. We all had relaxing couple’s massages.We will definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff for a great vacation .

I took my son of a 6 day vacation to this resort. It has been amazing to say the least. We were greeted by our butler Miguel who has been so nice and professional. He helped us sort out our room issue, has always immediately responded to any questions we asked and helped with reservations. It has been so relaxing and worry free. All of the staff has been incredibly nice and welcoming!! You will love this resort.

I was extremely pleased with my vacation here. First and foremost my wife and I felt safe with the cleanliness and the care that the staff took in disinfecting both public spaces and our rooms. When we arrived we were greeted by Alex who made us feel welcomed and took such great care of us during our entire stay. We had a great vacation, and we felt pampered during our stay. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, the buffet was great, it was so nice to have a pool, jacuzzi and beach all within the property. We also enjoy the nightly shows and thought the performances were spectacular. We’ve heard mixed reviews from some of the guests of the other nearby hotels so in the future we would definitely choose to come back here.

We stayed at the Majestic Mirage for 5 nights in a swim up club room in February 2022.Our butler was Wilbert.He was very attentive and always accessible.He made every effort to accommodate every request that we had.Overall the resort was very nice, clean and comfortable.All of the staff were very polite and always ready to serve us.Our room came with Bali beds poolside and made things very convenient.The food was decent, on par with the quality of resort food.There were a few dishes that stood out.The lasagna in the Italian restaurant and the market buffet were our favorites.The hibachi restaurant was pretty good too.Overall our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing.Have access to Wilbert as our personal staff member to make reservations and any other request that we had was a nice treat.I can recommend this resort for anyone looking for a nice relaxing time and to be treated with nothing but kindness on their vacation.

We had a great stay at Majestic Mirage! After many years of coming to different Punta Cana resorts, this one by far has the best food, views, experiences and service! I came here to celebrate my best friends birthday, and our butler Alejandro made sure to plan a perfect surprise! He always responds quickly to my messages and makes sure everything is perfect for us. My best friend was so excited to come back to the room and see balloons and champagne, with spa and dinner reservations! The best part of our stay has been our awesome butler, Junior. He is so friendly and personal. He has handled every single need we have had from scheduling tee times, dinner reservations, letting us know events going on in the hotel and getting any items we need. He checks on us all thought out the day. The resort is beautiful and clean and all staff have been great. The ocean and pools that run around the property in channels are gorgeous. If you are looking for a central giant pool area this might not be the resort for you. I would highly recommend this resort to friends and family. Thank you Mirage and thank you Junior for an awesome stay.

It is our third time here. We are happy to be guests again. The best part is the entertainment team. Mike Tyson, Smarlin, Banana, and Milagros made sure we were always smiling and dancing and enjoying our time. On the beach, Victor has been the best bartender and server. We really love the butlers Elvis and Jeffrey. In the main buffet, the entire staff is AMAZING. The gentleman that plays the saxophone is very talented. They are so friendly and happy and giving and attentive. We will continue visiting this resort.

We had a wonderful vacation at Majestic Mirage. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. Although it was fully booked, it never felt crowded. There were a few glitches such as the extremely slow and disorganized check in process, but whatever went wrong was quickly solved by our butler Sosa, who was amazing. Anna-Maria who greeted us every morning at breakfast with her lovely smile and amazing service, Alejandro, the sommelier who got us personalized service and was simply the best and Anna-Luisa in the coffee shop who was a real artist with her cappuccinos; they all made for an amazing vacation with their exceptional service. One remark: there is bound to be humidity and musty smell because of that, but it would be great if a big resort like Majestic could find a way to deal with that in the rooms. Overall an excellent vacation!

A propriedade é linda. Os quartos são excelentes. O serviço é abaixo da crítica Toalhas rasgadas, não há reposição de shampoo, sabonete, etc. O protocolo da covid é obrigatório mas não respeitado. No buffet, servir-se é uma aventura. Frequentamos Punta Cana há algum tempo. Este deixou a desejar. P.S: o hotel não nos deu o troco de USD 38.... Um pouco vergonhoso para um hotel supostamente 5 estrelas

A beautiful, full service resort stay! Some glitches on arrival (personalized check in meant it was pretty slow), and a few requests forgotten (our slow shower drain never got fixed); but honestly, the things missed were really outweighed by the kind and excellent service, fantastic amenities, well-kept and maintained place, and (in my opinion) great food! The buffet and hibachi were really our favorite! Room service was not good, and Italian was downright bad. For our 5 day/4 night stay, Yenny was our “butler”, and was accessible through What’s App on a regular basis! She was sweet, and checked in with us daily- a fantastic addition! The bartenders at the pool bars- all bars- were funny, and really good! Drinks were top shelf, and going as a group of adults is guaranteed fun! They have both an adult side and family side, with excellent pools at both! We didn’t take advantage of all things at the resort because we simply didn’t have time!I look forward to returning one day!

Estuve hace unos días en Octubre, muy decepcionado, wifi no funcionó nunca, la puerta de la habitación no funcionaba por lo que tenía que ir a recepción cada vez que pasaba. No había toallas de playa porque se quedaban sin. Falta de mantenimiento general. Cumplimiebto de rotocolo de covid brillaba por su ausencia, la gente se servía comida charlando y sin barbijo. Nunca vi nada igual. No volvería jamás.

Best trip ever!!! My butler, Paulo went out of his way to make sure we had the best experiences. He made our reservations for dinner and our excursions. The resort is amazing and the food was great. The beach is pristine. The water was so clear and blue. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place is spotless. Felix at the VIP lounge took good care of our testing paperwork. Uma confusão na entrada: Demora, falta de limpeza adequada no quarto.Comida, no buffet principal é bom. Atende diversos tipos de publico, mas é sabores são bons. Só observar a questão dos temperos, alguns são picantes de mais e alguns não devem agradar o sabor em si por ser regional. Vale a experiência.Restaurantes especiais:Francês, tem que realmente gostar da comida francesa. Sabores são bons, quantidade mediana;Japonês, saber o que pedir para pedir bem. Comida muito boa e a experiência na chapa é divertido de mais (muito saborosa também);Italiano, muito bom. Vale a pena conhecer.Quarto, amplo e muito bom. Da para se espalhar bem e ainda não vai ser bater em ninguém e nas coisas. A cama extra que ficou muito dura e com travesseiro duro ou muito fofo.Sabe onde escolher onde ficar nas piscina é chave para curti e aproveitar muito bem.Academia achei pequena para o tamanho do hotel e fluxo, mas ok.Café...café é vida...maravilhoso local para tomar sempre um café delicioso e um doce ou bole de sabor inesquecível.O momento das diversões, podia ser mais amplas. Puxar mais os hospedes e ter sempre algo em vários pontos acontecendo para poder manter quem gosta de ficar no hotel entretido.Uma coisa interessante é o serviço de mordomo que fica disponível para você, sempre esta ali para atender as suas duvidas e necessidades. O que ficou conosco durante a nossa estadia foi muito bom e atencioso, fico grato ao ótimo trabalho do Freylin Sosa.

Un verdadero desastre desde la red WIFI que fue prácticamente nula durante toda la estadía.la incapacidad para poner orden de parte de los empleados a los turistas que no cumplían el protocolo de higiene Covid. Se servían comida sin máscara y hablaban sobre la misa contaminando. Daba asco. Las autoridades a las cuales les hacíamos notar este detalle miraban para otro lado.Faltaban toallones para las piscinas. Me quedé sin electricidad en la habitación . Las cerraduras de las habitaciones fallaban. El agua de las piletas estaban llenas de hojas y los bordes superiores e inferiores llenos de grasa y hongos. Decepción absoluta. Me juro a mi mismo jamás volver.

El fuerte de este lurgar son las atenciones del todo el staff, son todos muy atentos, el hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones son comodas y limpias, llegamos bien temprano al hotel y nos recibieron sin problemas y nos entregaron la habitacion en el tiempo acordado,habia reservado una habitación con jacuzzi en el balcón pero me entregaron una con jacuzzi en el techo, no me gustó ese punto pero seguimos adelante, la comida no habia mucha variedad pero es muy buena, soy mas de comer carnes y cortes lo cual no hay mucho pero hay muchos opciones de maricos y light. En el Sport Bar todos son muy atentos no importa la hora, el steakhouse es bueno pero los cortes estaban quemado, el restaurante Frances es excelente, Luis es increible, el mejor de todos, el restaurante Japonés es bueno, el MarketPlace no me gustó la variedad, el Sea Side restaurant es excelente a cualquier hora del dia, mejor en la noche, Yolanda y todo el equipo de Sea Side son muy atentos, Aracelis es muy atenta reteniendo siempre nuestro nombre, todo el equipo de servicio en la piscina son muy atentos, puedo decir que el 97% del staff es increiblemente excelente, la playa deberia ser mas ordenada y mi mayordomo fue atento pero no senti el seguimiento que dicen los demás ya que tuve que hacer las reservaciones ya que él solo me dijo que fuera a club mientras los demas huespedes hacian las reservas via su mayordomo, en estos tiempos de pandemia en la noche le falta diversion, fueron tajantes con apagar la musica a las 11.00 pm aún varias personas solicitando que siguieran con la diversion, en el sport bar hay una musica ambiente solamente. Yo tengo dudas si volveria a este hotel.

Nos hospedamos no Majestic Mirage por 16 dias para a nossa lua de mel. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo mordomo Andy Reynalds, ele nos mostrou todo o complexo do hotel e nos explicou tudo sobre os serviços e comodidades. O Andy não era nosso mordomo oficial, mas durante toda a estadia nos tratou muito bem, buscando que tivéssemos uma boa experiência. Nosso mordomo oficial foi o Pablo Martínez, adoramos ele! Preparou nossa suíte com pétalas de rosas e champanhes por três vezes, nos ajudou na reserva dos restaurantes e em tudo que precisamos. Os funcionários do hotel são muito simpáticos e sempre proporcionaram de tudo para que ficássemos satisfeitos. Os restaurantes e bebidas também eram bem variados e deliciosos. Os espaços eram lindos. A academia com equipamentos de primeira linha. A praiatinha muitas algas no mar, mas era agradável sentir a brisa e a disponibilidade de cadeiras e camas para desfrutarmos era sensacional. Aproveitamos muito a piscina! A nossa única observação que não é tão positiva se refere ao serviço de limpeza do quarto, pois por se tratar de um hotel 5 estrelas, a limpeza e organização desse setor deixou a desejar. Percebemos que a cama sempre seria arrumada e o chão limpo, mas tínhamos que pedir por roupa de banho, pedir para limpar as banheiras, enfim, dar diferentes direcionamentos, pois não havia uma padronização para os funcionários na realização da limpeza. Mas, concluímos que nossa hospedagem foi excelente e teremos muitos momentos bons, lembrança da equipe maravilhosa e simpática do hotel e fotos para eternizar esse momento.

My husband and I had an amazing time. You can do as much or as little as you want it is all up to you. The fact that it is all inclusive let you relax and truly just enjoy yourself. We never wanted for food or drink that’s for sure. The food was definitely better than average and the drinks did not appear water down. The property was beautiful and the staff were always very pleasant. A big shout out to our butler Jose Jacobs, he truly made the trip relaxing and enjoyable. He tended to our every need and made us feel very special. Another shout out to Luciano Jean Who literally saved my life by knowing the Heimlich maneuver when I was choking on rice. He remained calm cool and collected and we are very grateful for his fast action. If you want a wonderful relaxing getaway this is the place to go for sure.

I booked this stay as a get away before Ski season starts where we live. We has a Ground Floor Unit with more of a private shared pool which was awesome! You have everything that you could ever need inside the resort as far as food, drink, and entertainment goes. Alejandro was our butler and did a fantastic job. On that note the fact that the butlers are not assigned to just 1 building blows my mind especially coming from a hospitality background. He has rooms all over the resort so he was having to run around like crazy instead of being able to focus on 1 location of the resort. I think if this is fixed the butlers would greatly appreciate it and be able to their job beyond expectations and how well they do already. Went to the Japanese and Steakhouse while there and both were good quality food, but lacking in size of the actual meal. I would stay here again on a family vacation, but if you are looking for something with access more of the culture in the Dominican and more authentic street food this is not the place for you. The resorts are all clumped together in one location so if you wanted to go out on the town outside the resort you had to take a taxi which was fine with us, but keep that in mind.

This resort was absolutely amazing. The grounds were beautiful and clean as well as the rooms. The food was absolutely delicious but what really set it apart was the amazing service. Every morning at the breakfast buffet our server DARIO would go above and beyond to fill our table with flowers. It was always so pretty and thoughtful and he truly made our experience unforgettable with all his hard work. I can’t even begin to express what a hard worker he is and truly exceptional part of the staff there. It was an experience of a lifetime and I’m grateful to everyone of the staff that helped make it that way. Definitely would return and recommend to all.

This was a wonderful resort in such a beautiful setting ! We loved every second of our vacation. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean and we loved using the jacuzzi every day. The food is good, sometimes a bit average at the buffets but really great at the restaurant! The buffets also had great burgers and pasta which we really enjoyed. Beautiful clean beach with lots of space and staff coming over to get you drinks. The staff was extremely kind and helpful all around.

Not everything to my taste, but a lot of options. We really enjoyed the buffets. We did not get bored of the food, even though we stayed 3 weeks. Really loved the breakfast at Seaside. For dinner, the french restaurant and the Seaside were the best. Japanese was a good show, but not as tasty. Italian was too rich for my taste, but overall good. We had a fantastic Butler, thank you again Emmanuel :D

I highly recommend this resort!! We booked an 18+ room and were highly impressed with the service we received. Our butler Roberto was amazing at showing us all we had to offer and being very attentive to our body language to ensure we had the best time possible. He provided itineraries of what the resort had to offer on certain days and coordinated our dinner reservations. We stayed for valentines day so when we got into our room we were surprised with a bed of rose petals and our towels folded into swans. Miguel Angel at the bar was very friendly and we made friends with a waiter Antonio which would check up on us every time he passed us to make sure we had a good experience. They all went above and beyond in regards to service and were always in a good mood. I loved my stay and felt taken care of the whole time.

Serviço de alta qualidade e bebidas de altíssimo padrão... O Hotel poderia estar um pouquinho mais bem cuidado, nada que estrague a experiência (acredito que em função do Covid). O único porém no serviço é que, às vezes, a recepção não atende ao telefone (acredito que também em função do Covid)

I wouldn’t say this resort is a 5 star resort but I still enjoyed my stay! They have activities every night to keep everyone entertained which I enjoyed! The pools were okay. I’ve been to other resorts with way better pools. The food was okay. Our butler Jorge was very nice. The rooms can use a little updating mostly the furniture. The sofa looked dirty. But overall I enjoyed my stay and everyone here is very friendly and attentive.

Food was amazing at the seaside grill, buffet and Italian restaurant. Our butler was amazing. Since we went over Valentine’s Day weekend, he set up our rooftop soaking tub with bubbles. Had rose petals leading up the stairs and a chilled bottle of champagne waiting for us. The pool and beach area were only slightly crowded when trying to find a Bali bed (Mark your spot early in the day and it won’t be a problem) we utilized the spa facility and went through the entire process (be ready for the plunge pool) it was fun! The small problem we came across was addressed and management sent us a complimentary bottle of our choice. Upon arrival we noticed our soaking tub had an issue. Maintenance was there to fix right away.. Also the French restaurant wasn’t our cup of tea and the liquor was on the weak side. But it was unlimited so who cares!? Wished the a/c blew colder and the fan actually produced more movement in the air. We slept outside on our rooftop Bali bed one night it was so humid and stiff in our room. Night life is missing the life! After a certain hour the whole place shuts down. Cigar lounge on sister property was fun. As was the casino We will be returning! Room 926 had an amazing view

Service is great and plentiful. Staff always seem happy and helpful. Resort is beautiful with many convenient amenities to make one feel spoiled. And food ... Awesome - can eat healthily (which I had been somewhat concerned about). Fine dining every night. And entertainment every night is very good.

I will rate this resort average. Firstly the bad part. My room the air conditioner and jacuzzi didn't work. Despite calling multiple times for to fix this issue it was never resolved nor a new room was offered. Secondly Majestic Mirage is an expensive resort compared Colonial and Elegance. Despite paying a high price you cannot eat or drink alcohol at other two resorts. The number of restaurants at Mirage is only 4 which serve the same food every day while other 2 resorts have 7 giving more options for food. Beach side bars would run out of drinks by 2 pm. Good part - If looking for a photoshoot very cheap prices compared to other restaurants. My butler Johan is the only person who provided an excellent service at the resort. Clean beach. If planning to visit I will prefer to stay at Elegance or Colonial.

OK for what it is: an all inclusive experience for older people. if you stay on the resort or in its canned activities, you will be fine. Staff is fine as long as you confirm to their expectations. Completely unhelpful when we wanted to rent scooters. Our butler did not find karaoke for us despite multiple requests. The shared disco was dead. Would not help us find wind surfing lessons. In fact the manager of the beach center lied and said none were available on this section of the coast.

We loved the Majestic Mirage! The hotel staff was amazing, as well as everyone who worked in the restaurants and bars. We especially loved Juan Bernardo, who was the pool concierge. The room was clean, the beach was beautiful, and the food was good. We felt extremely safe as well. This was our second time coming to the Dominican and we're already planning on going back!
