Gostei muito do hotel. Quarto confortável, bom atendimento, a piscina é grande, o café da manhã é variado, e tem alguns fast foods próximos. Só fica distante das principais atrações da ilha.

Hotel bom com quartos limpos e bem equipados. Tem Wi-Fi gratuito. Fica um pouco longe do centro de Key West, aproximadamente 2 Km. O atendimento é muito bom. Possui piscina e bar. O café da manhã é bem variado (sucos, frutas, wafers, cafés, bolos, pães). O estacionamento é amplo e de fácil acesso aos quartos. Possui elevador.

Fantástico, parecia um pequeno resort. Atendimento primordial, quartos extremamente confortáveis e um café da manhã muito farto e variado. Certamente me hospedaria lá novamente.

Excelente pedida para viagens para Key West (Flórida), quartos limpos, com muito boa estrutura (frigobar, TV, wifi). Há lavanderia com baixíssimo custo. Piscina, Bar, excelente café da manhã continental, serviços de furgão (leva/trás) para o centro da cidade, também completam o atendimento da equipe do hotel que fazem de tudo para você se sentir bem!!

Hotel limpo, com uma bela piscina, excelente café da manhã incluso na diária. Os quartos são bem limpos, mas precisam de uma manutenção: toalhas velhas, portas desniveladas, etc. Funcionários prestativos. Longe do agito da Durval Street, mas possui transfer para a região de hora em hora.

Front desk staff was very helpful and had excellent customer service. The room was small but everything was very clean and well distributed. We had complimentary bottles of water in the room and plenty of fresh bath towels. We enjoy the complimentary breakfast in the morning , is a grab and go buffet and had tables to sit looking at the beautiful pool. The parking was free . I asked for an hour late check out and the lady at the FD was very nice and said yes. I definetely recommend this hotel. Great experience

One of the best experiences I’ve had in my many trips to Key West so far. Super friendly staff, excellent pool, Buy one get one drinks first one, shuttle service and most importantly free onsite parking available all for $25 resort fee. The rooms were super clean and safe. Amazing hotel in the keys for a fraction of the price you’d pay in town itself. 5 min drive to all the night hot spots. Free transportation provided till 1120pm back to your hotel. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m down to the keys. Stayed here June 16-17, 2022. No complaints whatsoever. A++++

There are a few Marriott properties in Key West, but this one just has a real cool feel to it. The rooms were amazing, and the staff was exactly what I'd expect from Marriott. There is an outdoor pool that is just great for laying out and relaxing, and there is a complimentary breakfast and Tiki bar. Only downside is the location. It's on a main road so you do have some noises.

This hotel shouldn't bere the Marriott name because it does not live up to the name. Rooms are cozy and the bed is comfortable. The most refreshing thing was the pool. The price is way too much for what you get plus the name Marriott attached I expected so much more. The shower pressure was really horrible. A little disappointed there wasn't a smoking area near the pool or on the property. Decent hotel but not worth the money. You are in a vacation destination and are paying for it. Would I stay again....

This hotel has false advertising. The room online shows a balcony attached to the room. The room I got had no balcony. When I complained, I was told that they only have 5 rooms with balconies and they were already filled. Then why not show the room online as having no balcony so that I can make an informed decision. NOPE, Marriott charged me for a balcony room and then didn’t deliver. I searched high and low for a room with a balcony before booking this room and I would have made a different decision if I would have known that there was no balcony like the room picture on the website. We were stuffed in box for two days. Oh and your free drink that is advertised, it not really free. It’s a 2 for the price of one coupon. So needless to say, I won’t be staying at this Marriott or any other Marriott for that fact anytime soon. Lastly, the sofa that folds out into a bed is there but once it’s folded out you can’t reach the front door. So every day you will have to file it back up just to be able to move about the room freely.

Let me clarify per response. I stay in Marriott hotels a lot like already 20 nights this year, for equivalant price on the mainland Marriott rooms are more well kept and the amenities are higher quality. Price only matched the location not the quality of the hotel... for the price it was good. Staff was friendly and the pool was very nice.

We just returned from a 5 night stay at this location. Pros:The hotel has a nice pool with a tropical vibe.The fountains are festive and block out the noise from the street.There is an hourly shuttle that drops off and picks up a couple blocks from Duval.We used it several times and it was always on time.The rooms had a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker.The mattress was very nice and firm and the pillows were good too.The air conditioner worked great as well.Breakfast is basic, but it's included.Cons:the water pressure in the shower was really bad, which makes hair washing a chore (for some).The rooms are motel style (doors open to the outside) and are not fancy at all.The orange and yellow outdoor color scheme looked festive, but needed some updating.Room cleaning service is upon request only but I had no issues getting extra supplies when I needed them. This is not the nicest Marriott I've stayed at, nor is it in the heart of Key West.But with the shuttle and pool, and the cost savings, I'd stay there again.There was a rooster that woke us up every morning at 8.Personally, I found this very charming (and was thankful that he didn't let loose at dawn).This is probably standard all over the island, so not a pro or a con.

The main problem with this hotel is the hotel room itself. It is not up to Marriot standard for the price it is charging and is more of low budget hotel rooms.The one bedroom suite is a joke.The room is very small- it feels like they have ripped you off for the price they are charging.The divider in the room takes up 25%area which houses the sofa. The corners of the divider poses a safety hazard for small children due to the very pointy/sharp corners. The sofa "bed" is definitely not a bed for sleeping on. It is old and needs to be updated. Also, the shower door doesn't close all of the way and the closet door does not work properly. Every time the a/c turns on the door leading to the bathroom opens. The room is not sound insulated- you can hear snoring coming from the next room over. Also, you can hear traffic and roosters in the middle of the night with all of the doors shut tightly. The breakfast in this hotel is a disappointment, it is all prepackaged foods such as, Jimmy Dean's sandwiches and cereal. The staff are very nice and professional.The pool area is nice but needs improvement.

Worst Marriott ever.This must be a franchise location, not company owned, because I've never stayed in a more rundown hotel at a high end resort price.The construction style is sad 70's, with motel style parking and doors on outside corridors.Bonus - your only windows open on to the same corridor, so if you care about privacy you must have both shutters closed.Day and night.Extra bonus - the windows only have shutters so you can't make the room dark. There were food smears (I hope) on the artwork and bathroom mirror.AC is very loud and never shuts off.Just disgusting.On top of that, it was New Years and we paid probably 4x what the room is 'worth'.Oh, and no Room Service unless you ask for it.We asked for toiletries and coffee and got neither.Run from this place.

La habitación muy limpia. olor refrescante. Muy buen trato por parte de los empleados. La piscina bella ; cómoda y el Tiki bar 🍻 inmejorable. La música apropiada. No molesta a quien descansa en la piscina y volumen adecuado en el bar. La información de las amenities muy clara el transporte hacia Duval en tiempo muchos lugares donde comer (caminando o manejando (ida y regreso) en fin... Lo recomiendo.
