“August 5, 2022Both of the men who work the front desk at night were rude and condescending to me. Communication was hard as well because their English is not very good. How does a hotel in the US choose two men who don’t speak perfect English to work their front desk? Both men appear to be of African descent, and while I appreciate equal work opportunities for everyone regardless of race, gender, religion, etc, front desk clerks should be friendly and should speak perfect English, given that we are in the US. I also had a very unpleasant interaction with these two men. Since my room was not cleaned during my two-night stay, dirty towels were not changed. After 4 phone calls to the front desk explicitly asking for 6 towels (family of 6), we only received 2, no less than 45 minutes after the first phone call. I then decided to go physically down to the front desk myself just so I could enough towels. One of the front desk clerks insulted me by saying to the other clerk (in front of me) that “someone is drunk because I already gave them towels.” Do better, Hilton. Your front desk is the face of your hotels, and terrible clerks make for terrible guest experiences. Tyler staff should receive better training.Lastly, shuttle from airport took over 45 minutes and 2 phone calls to pick us up. Terrible experience.”

“Stayed here for the Inbound 2022 convention. Lobby and breakfast in the morning was great. Shuttle was great. And the rooms were modest and comfortable. We had our rooms set up under a corporate card. For whatever reason, only one of the rooms was charged correctly. The other was charged under my personal card. I called shortly after our stay, after seeing the charge hit my personal card, to get it amended and charged on the correct corporate card. The woman that helped me, two women, said she "would take care of it." I didn't think about it. I checked nearly 3 weeks later, it is still reflecting on my card. No return has been processed on my personal card and the charge on the corporate card it was intended for. Called again and finally got someone to open up a case. I have to wait up to 24-hours for someone to respond. Sort of a ridiculous process after we went to lengths to fill out the payment authorization forms. Things like this that are a major inconvenience, no matter how nice the hotel is, really leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I'm not super impressed. Update: A case was opened and I was supposed to hear from someone within three days. I did to which I was told they couldn’t help me and I would have to talk to the front desk. I’ve already talked to the front desk a handful of times and no one has been able to help me. Luckily my company is able to compensate me but wow - the process you have in place for instances like this (I can’t be the only one), this was a terrible.. terrible experience.”
