“Nice hotel, perfectly maintained grounds, food is about the best you can get in the world (although pricey). All staff are extremely friendly. In fact we didn't have a single bad staff interaction. Snorkeling off the west side villas of the island was great. Management and staff fail to follow through on service. I raised a few very minor issues during my stay, the issues were relayed to the manager but they weren't addressed until we were departing the resort. Not a great way to end the stay. Some minor issues that need to be addressed immediately: all bicycles had flat tires. It was hard to find (and keep) a bike that was in good shape (although bikes didn't have any issues other than tire pressure). At one point we actually asked for a pump and it took them 5 minutes to find it and they just watched us pump up the tires on the bikes that were promptly stolen from us after we parked them in communal parking. It would be nice if bikes could be assigned the way they are at some other resorts. The billiards equipment was unusable, requiring just minor maintenance, but the neglect was obvious.”

“Words simply cannot convey how wonderful our experience was. The resort is stunning, the service is superior, the food is extraordinary, and there are so many thoughtful and meaningful touches that make this truly an experience instead of just a vacation. We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and received champagne, scrumptious desserts, and beautiful flower petals shaped like a heart on our bed. The hotel staff quickly memorized our names and always greeted us warmly. The food is the absolute best we've ever eaten and it was wonderful to find that our boarding passes and arrangements back to the airport were scheduled and printed so we truly didn't have to worry about a thing. We didn't want to leave and are already thinking about a return trip in the coming years!”
