“Very clean, well managed during the COVID-19 situation”

“Had a lovely stay. Arrived on 26th of July 2018, came to know hotel was overbook so we were sent to a neighbouring hotel Alua sun - Receptionist was very helpful and even got us a cab till there. When arrived on 27th , got complimentary champagne and sea view. Our room was the corner room towards the side of a road 1101, very spacious, but noisy at times. Make sure taking ear plugs with you if you don't like noise and staying in that room. Mini BAR does get topped up! :) i've red in reviews that they don't do it.. well guys it's not housekeepers job, we asked reception and got our fridge topped up all the time. Also got iron upon request (even though i requested it at 4:30 am :D ), very friendly staff. Food was warm enough, unless you come in very end of buffet (like 10-15 before closing.. silly to expect to have everything at closing time). Bar serves pretty good sandwiches, even do hot toasts. Drinks are mostly very sweet (juices etc). Alcohol diluted, but we get what we pay for. Unlimited local drinks, I loved Sangria, it was amazing. Water was also for free (we got 2 l bottles in our mini bar too) unlike in hotel we got stuck into for 1 night.Parking is very limited, you may need to park on a road, avoid lines for avoiding fines. View from the room was fantastic, Air con worked perfectly well. Housekeepers did their job well and timely. Only disadvantage i'd say was entertainment at evening time, didn't see anything eye catching for the whole week. One day saw Karaoke, but nothing more than that..have good areas for kids to play and some table games for adults (need coins for those to work). There was a lift from pool floor to the Beach, there is acode on the door to get in and out - that will be provided as soon as you check in :) pool was quite small, but we didn't mind as we didn't ever use it, the sea was right there. there were plenty of sunbeds, but only 6 umbrellas , so bare in mind you'd need to get up early to get some. We didn't use any. We bought an umbrella and inflatable bed for swimming at the shop (approx 20 euro) , that was the best investment in our holidays. Later on donated it to the fist person we saw going to the beach :)”
