“Stayed here twice. The first time was ok, despite the rooms being super small and smelly. The second time the front desk service was terrible and made me decide never to stay here again. I only needed a room for 6 hours to sleep overnight. Well, unfortunately even that was terrible. The staff were ULTRA noisy at 6am, yelling to one another as they slammed room service dishes around, and I’m pretty sure there was some construction next door.
Oh and earlier that day they tried charging my travel buddy $50 to check in at 2:30pm instead of 3, claiming the ENTIRE place was full when the hotel is dead as a cemetery. My experience was similarly difficult, slow, and staff were very rude. Specifically, there was a very arrogant disrespectful front desk employee named Andre who seemed to enjoy making things difficult for me to check in. After a few minutes of his disrespect I asked to speak with a supervisor (Melisa) who was equally unhelpful and couldn’t care less.

“Close to the highway and accompanying smell and noise but the room was nice and I thought the service was exceptional. Very friendly, helpful staff and they all spoke English, which was great since my Spanish is terrible (getting better). The breakfast was fantastic. Airport shuttle leaves once per hour and only took about 15 minutes to get us there in the morning (rush hour traffic goes the other way). For the price, a very good value.”
