“Stayed for one night on the 27th floor in a Guestroom King. Fast check-in and check-out, spacious room. All necessary amenities available for free. Room condition 7/10. Very large hotel with a lot of families staying but also couples. People talking from the next room were audible but not too loud. The view is good. Direct access from KL Sentral bus terminal via basement entrance. Breakfast buffet offers large variety of Western and Asian cuisine and also a good selection of bread, pastries and coffee. Waiting time to be seated in the breakfast area on weekends or holidays can be quite long due to a small number of seats and tablets compared to the huge number of rooms. But nonetheless worth it coming for breakfast.”

“not worth it. receptionist staffs okay but not the property. you can get better hotels with that price. well i guess they need to do something to compete with other hotels. bathroom even room was not clean properly - smells of cigarettes smoke… for food, better eat somewhere else. bellboy bad service, we need to find our luggage and bring it to the room by ourselves.. poor sound proofing as well, we can hear the door opening and so on. this is not 4 star hotel, just 3 would be enough..”
