This hotel will be a nice stay, once they upgrade it. Carpets, beds and walls are all old and run down. It needs an urgent make over. Breakfast is good but the times have to be until 10am, especially when people are on vacation instead of having to run down to make it for 9am closing. I would have to rush every morning to get breakfast for the whole family. Staff is nice and polite. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Pool is cold so not many people use it. You have to request your room to be cleaned or they will not bother bringing new towels or toiletries, you pretty much have to ask for everything. I will not be returning until they clean and renovate this hotel. Very low rating for a Hilton hotel as a Diamond member .

Planned a 5 day vacation stay. Checked out after 2 days - heater set off a smoke alarm on day one and filled the room with malodorous smell on the first night. Was hoping that was it for the bad news - morning brought a complete pandemonium at breakfast - ran out of food, huge line, not enough seating, styrofoam coffee cups, and Luke warm coffee. Took a deep breath and had breakfast elsewhere. Morning number two - same story. Checked out and went to a different hotel for the rest of the vacation. Recommend you stay somewhere, anywhere else. Spoke to a manager who said they’ll refund the points - nope, never got them. Almost forgot about the mysterious yellowish stain on the comforter. Working on blocking those two days from my memory.

We stayed at this property on an extremely cold night. When we got into our room, I immediately set the thermostat to heat the room. But I soon realized that there was a huge amount of cold air coming in on the sides of the heating unit. We had to keep the fan running all night to keep the temperature above 70. We were in an accessible room, and not only does it have just one queen bed, it is so tiny that I had to move furniture to get the wheelchair around the bed.

We stayed here for a day because our original hotel didn’t have availability for a night. We checked in pretty late around 11:30 pm and the lady who checked us in was pretty friendly. When we went in our room to get in bed we noticed the bedsheet had two long hair stuck to the sheet. We were too exhausted to complain and cleaned the sheets and slept. Next morning we asked them to change the sheets and told them we found hair and the lady at front desk apologized and said she’ll send housekeeping. That should be the end of the conversation but instead the “housekeeping manager” came to our room and started yelling at us. She said she does all the sheets and pointed and showed her hair that they weren’t even long. I stepped in and told her maybe the hair were already in the sheets from before but she said it was impossible. What kind of a service is this? We are so disappointed on the behavior of staff. Looks like they need to be taught respect and basic manners to run a hotel. Save your money and don’t stay here!

Lovely setup. I was not in the room other then to shower and sleep. Being on the top floor does count for something; peace and quiet, although on the room was on the smaller size. Customer service was professional, proficient and prompt. Love it.

Péssima experiência, o hotel estava passando por reformas e realmente precisava. Nosso quarto tinha um forte cheiro de mofo, O carpete cheirava cachorro molhado, e o banheiro a urina. Caiu um pedaço do forro do teto em minha mala aberta e fui obrigada a sacudi-las para tirar todo a sujeira. Até recebi um e-mail informando sobre a reforma, mas já estava a caminho e fiquei com receio de acabar dormindo na rua.

Surprisingly bad for a Hampton Inn, where I've usually had good accommodations. I had a king room, so I expected it to be at least decent. The mattress sagged a lot in the middle so I did not sleep well. The ac made a lot of racket. The paint on some of the walls and ceiling in the bathroom was peeling off too. If I wasn't already awake from the uncomfortable beds, the people arguing loudly in the parking lot would have woken me up at 7am. The carpet in the hallways should have been replaced years ago. On the plus side the pool is decent and the rooms are clean and there is a mini fridge. Not worth the price. I've been told that there's better hotels nearby so next time I'm going somewhere else.

Hotel is nice. I stayed for a week and it was a grumpy crew every morning while the evening crew was more upbeat and positive. Getting out of the parking lot safely is a challenge. Pool area and breakfast during covid is a definite plus. Overall I would stay again.

There was a long hair on the "clean" hand cloth and another hair the "clean" bath floor towel. I only stayed one night. I mentioned this to the manager, Max, who checked me out and his response was "okay". I expected a more customer-service oriented response like, "I'm sorry to hear that. I will check into it to prevent that from happening in the future." It is not good business when the customer feels that his or her business is being taken for granted.

Se eu pudesse dar a este lugar um zero, eu daria. Mas deixe-me dizer que os quartos estão bem mobilados e limpos e a piscina é muito agradável. O preço geralmente é excepcional para um produto Hilton típico. Mas este não é um produto típico da Hilton. O atendimento ao cliente é ruim. Em vez de prestar serviço ao cliente, é mais provável que o gerente geral adjunto pergunte ao cliente o que ele fez para resolver qualquer situação. Eu vi um cliente reclamar de coceira por picadas a noite toda. Este gerente perguntou por que ela não havia reclamado antes. Mas o mais importante, oh, não aceite nenhum quarto no primeiro corredor do primeiro andar em frente ao serviço de limpeza. Este é o corredor principal da mesa do buffet. Acredite em mim, você não terá um piscar de olhos. Eles nunca deveriam alugar esses quartos. Este lugar é mais como um motel do que um hotel. Se você está pagando preços Hilton para garantir uma estadia de qualidade, economize e vá para o Motel 6.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. But let me say the rooms are well-furnished and clean and the pool is very nice. The price is usually exceptional for a typical Hilton product. But this is no typical Hilton product. Customer service is poor. Instead of providing service to the customer, the assistant general manager is more likely to ask the customer what he or she did to resolve any situation. I saw one customer complain about bites itchiness all night long. This manager ask why she had not complained sooner. But most importantly oh, do not accept any room on the first hallway on the first floor across from housekeeping. This is the main hallway from the desk in the buffet. Trust me you will not get a wink of sleep. They should never rent those rooms. This place is more like a motel then a Hotel. If you are paying Hilton prices to ensure you have a quality stay, save your money and go to Motel 6.

Reservei 2 quartos, um com cama king-size e outro com 2 camas queen-size. O homem da recepção foi muito agradável e confortável. O quarto king não tinha um controle remoto para a TV, mas o mesmo homem trouxe um imediatamente. Havia alguns respingos ou manchas questionáveis deixados na parede, mas outros que pareciam bem limpos. Meu quarto com 2 camas queen-size não tinha ar-condicionado. Ligamos para a recepção e o mesmo homem apareceu. Eles disseram que ele desligou a unidade e ligou-a novamente, e disse para chamá-lo de volta em 10 minutos se não estiver funcionando. Nunca funcionou e eles tiveram que suar até a morte a noite toda. Já era muito tarde e estávamos saindo da estrada, então era tarde demais para continuarmos mexendo nisso, mas deveríamos ter sido acomodados de alguma forma. Sempre há ofertas de algum dinheiro de volta, pontos ou% de desconto na próxima estadia. Quando você paga quase 400 por 2 quartos, espera ter ar condicionado!

Tive uma boa estadia aqui, teria dado 5 estrelas, mas houve um problema com o meu quarto, eu realmente não reclamei sobre isso, então não tenho certeza do que o hotel teria feito, mas a equipe com quem lidei enquanto estava lá foi ótimo. A configuração do quarto, embora pequeno, era bom e foi bom ter um frigorífico e um micro-ondas. Possivelmente ficaria novamente.

Sonia and her staff at Hampton are undeniably fantastic! Everyone up and down the board was super nice and extremely resourceful! My girlfriend and I had a wonderful and relaxing vacation thanks to Sonia and her team, highly recommend working and booking with her if you're traveling down!

Had a good stay here, would have given it 5 stars but there was an issue with my room, I didn't really complain about it, so I'm not sure what the hotel would have done but the staff I dealt with while there was great. The setup of the room although small was good and it was nice having both a fridge and a microwave. Would possibly stay again.

I reserved 2 rooms, one with a king bed and one with 2 queens. The man at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The king room did not have a remote to the TV, but the same man brought one right up. There were some questionable spills or stains left on the wall, but other than appeared pretty clean. My 2 queen room did not have air conditioning. We called the front desk and the same man came right up. They said he unplugged the unit and plugged it back in, and said to call him back in 10 minutes if its not working. It never did work and they had to sweat to death all night. It was very late and we were coming off the road, so it was too late to keep messing with it, but we should have been accommodated in some way. There are always offers of some money back,points, or % off next stay. When you pay almost 400 for 2 rooms you expect to have air conditioning!

Pésimo de Cabo a Rabo, desilusión completa por lo que se pago,no recomendado para familia,mucha suciedad y deterioro,lo elegí por qué en otra oportunidad me hospede en uno de ellos en Costa Rica que cabe destacar que es completamente diferente,en este habitación sucia,camas en mal estado,aire acondicionado goteaba, deterioro en elevadores,pasillos,puertas,no tengo la certeza de que el baño estuviera 1000% limpio a mi esposa e hijos le dió una alegia por la cama,muy mal.

El internet estuvo muy malo.Mejor no digan que ofrecen internet y dan un descuento, antes sí valía la pena porque daban huevos, pan, salchicha, waffles. Ahora solo dan una bolsa con cupcake, manzana, naranja y cereal. Para mi es no es desayuno.La limpieza la hacen solamente si se solicita.No obligan a las personas a utilizar mascarilla en áreas comunes.

Soy cliente de los hoteles Hampton Inn hace muchos años y nunca habia estado en un hotel tan sucio y mal tenido. Las paredes, los tapetes, el piso, las puertas todo necesita una limpieza profunda o una remodelacion total. El personal poco amable. Solo Bob esta dispuesto a yudar en todo lo que uno necesita.

Me gustó el hotel. La ropa de cama parece que le queda grande a la cama, pero es cómoda y limpia. Está Limpio el hotel y tienen Hand sanitizer por las esquinas.Solo tienen para el desayuno: Yogurt,manzana, jugos, café, cereales. ( por la pandemia, ese es el menú)Lo único que No me gustó es que olía la parte trasera a marihuana.

Las habitaciones bien, camas muy cómodas con buena lencería. Deben mejorar limpieza en mesas de cafetería y áreas comunes. Las habitaciones tienes que reservar el servicio de limpieza.

The people were nice at the front desk very helpful. The cleaning employees were not too helpful. The only problem we experienced here was that we were not told that you need to give a day advance notice to get your room cleaned so we did it ourselves they provided clean sheets and covers. It would have been helpful to know that at check in since we were there for three days.
