“The room we got at the hotel was alright, it was next to the elevator and close to the breakfast area which was convenient. The reason why I’m giving this hotel a one star is because how they charge you to make sure you show up is quite confusing if you use a debit card to make a reservation. They’ll use the cost of the first night as a deposit and an additional $50 to make sure you won’t steal one of their items from the rooms. You’re practically being charged for an extra night until the bank decides to return those deposits that you made. I also called the staff to question about it and the lady who answered my call didn’t seem to be interested in answering my question, she was quite rude and not to mention that the rest of the staff didn’t seem friendly and not welcoming as well.”
