Very nice hotel. Clean and comfy room. Kind staff. Good size of pool and clean water. It was better than expecting. Has a bus stop 2 minutes away from the hotel. Uber from the center is 10-15 euro.

To begin with, the first person at the reception desk told us the queen room we booked months in advance was gone and we could have a twin room and "just push the beds together". They also was wanted an extra €40 for this room. On top of that, they wanted a €25 per night fee as a security deposit. Once we got to our room we discovered filthy, moldy towels hidden away in the room. The staff didn't care and we were basically told this is how things are, take it or leave it. Worst customer service I've ever come across. The view from our window was a large junk yard and industrial estates. On checkout, we were again hit with hidden charges and an unrelated bar tab charged to our room. The manager 'shushed' me and constantly tried to cut me off and talk over me. Insisting that he could not possibly be wrong. Will never stay here again, we expected far more from a hotel under the Marriott name in a city like Amsterdam.

Cannot recommend this property, and a WARNING to anyone sensitive to bad air.The hotel is directly across the water from a refinery, which was clearly leaking something toxic into the air (October 8), which permeated into the room.My wife was nauseous.We didn't stay in the room more than 5 minute, but my refund request was refused by both the front desk and front desk manager.I escalated to the general manager but never heard anything except a cancellation fee to my Visa.Absolutely terrible customer experience and service.

Location was great, from the Airport you are available to ride the Shuttles to the Hotel at not cost, that is a huge Plus! To Travel between the Cities you take the Shuttle back to Airport, the train or the bus. The Hotel is very nice and modern, the crew are Very nice, rooms are Nice and clean!!! BUT DO NOT EAT THERE!!!! didn't like that the food comes already prepared, and they only put it in the microwave. The Pasta that I ordered, arrived in the same square mold, the spaghetti was so sticky, and on top of it An expensive dish. Thats why Ill rate it a 4, I wish you improve dining in the Hotel because It is A Great HOTEL just need to get better with the food!!!!

Disappointing. The view is nice, the location is not half bad But the rooms and services are really bad. The room has no cups for drinking water, shampoo and hand soap dispensers don't pump properly, rooms are quite small with no reasonable place to unpack. There is no restaurant, but I knew this beforehand, but even the grab and go options are limited, overpriced and not worth it. Wouldn't come again.

5 star hotel!! It made our trip to Amsterdam that much better. The amenities are spectacular, rooms very clean. Great breakfast! The bartender, Joseph, made the late night bar so much fun!! Must stay.

Love the Moxy brand! Funky and fun member of the Marriott family. Good location for the surrounding Houthavens offices, but a little far from the city centre and the main action, especially on a rainy Amsterdam day, although a bus service is available nearby the hotel. Friendly staff and great decor as always.

The location of this hotel is not central with few restaurants around. I had a reservation at this hotel. I arrived very late in the evening (almost midnight.) I had called earlier in the day to say my colleague had to cancel her room. But for some reason both rooms were cancelled. Mistakes happen and I have no issue with this actually. What did upset me was the attitude of the reception who was rude, dismissive, and could only tell me "we have no rooms available at all because we are.over booked." And "you are going to find it very difficult to get a room in Amsterdam as it is busy everywhere." He was rude and super sassy about it. It wasn't until I said I would have to sleep on the reception sofa that he then offered to ring around other hotels where his friends work. Fortunately my regular hotel had space and I went there for my stay.

El hotel genial, pero MUY POCA GENTE LLEVA MASCARILLA. De hecho se lo he dicho a varias personas por el hotel y encima te increpan y te gritan. En recepción no hacen nada, la gente se sirve el desayuno sin mascarilla. La gente en Holanda está muy poco concienciado.

Estuve en este Hotel el fin de semana. Algunas consideraciones a tener en cuenta. 1- esta muy lejos del centro, no sería un problema si estás de vacaciones, pero tener que ir todos los días en auto o transporte público es realmente tedioso. 2- El hotel no tiene servicios básicos como roomservice, valetparking y demás... 3- el estacionamiento sale dentro 36 euros por día y afuera 27. 4- habitaciones chicas sin guardaropas. 5- Los chicos que atienden el hotel no tienen la más mínima idea de lo que es un servicio de hotel....buenos chicos, pero sin preparación alguna. 6- Ese fin de semana, no funcionaba el sauna, ni las duchas y lo que peor, siendo sábado no había quien lo atienda al spa!!! De locos.... 7- Reserve 2 noches con desayuno incluido y cuando realizamos el checkin nos informaron que no estaba incluido...ergo... nos robaron! 8- Ese mismo sábado inauguraba el restó, pedimos en el frontdesk reservar y nos contestaron que no sabían o no podían realizar la reserva, what? 9- Algo positivo es que el hotel tiene un nuevo concepto, pero le falta entrenamiento a sus trabajadores. Consejo? Anda a otro Hotel! Saludos

Es un hotel moderno, limpio con un buen desayuno Bufet,las habitaciones con cocina completamente dotadas, el autobús se coge a dos cuadras y te deja en la estación central. No tiene restaurante así que tienes que comprar algo para comer en la noche. Tiene linda vista y es muy tranquilo. Muy recomendado

Hotel muy moderno y la decoración muy muy bonita, los chicos que trabajan allí muy amables y muy educados y disponibles en todo lo que se pide, tiene una pequeña piscina adonde se puede pasar una tarde tranquilamente..... lo único incomodo es que esta lejos del centro!
