“Fuimos al spa y al restaurante. En las ventajas, no hay un estilo imperial soviético, como en Nobile. Todo lo que se pidió en el restaurante estaba muy rico, buen servicio y atento. El masaje, si no comparas como se hace en Tailandia o Bali, no está nada mal. Sobre los contras: la recepción en la zona de spa, es algo. Hay cuatro chicas en el mostrador a la vez (solo una trabaja en la recepción), el resto son de otros departamentos y hay muchas conversaciones personales con los invitados. En cuanto a la chica de la recepción, no se ofrece agua, ni té / café. Sin una solicitud para mostrar todo, tampoco mostró ninguna iniciativa. No se proporcionan recomendaciones para saunas (temperatura de la sauna, tiempo de visita recomendado y número de sesiones). Estábamos en dos cabinas de masaje: se puede escuchar el ruido de un secador de pelo en el salón, porque la puerta del salón y el spa, por alguna razón desconocida, aparentemente decidieron no cerrar.”

“Os hóspedes do hotel estavam insatisfeitos com a qualidade do quarto. Gel de banho 1 a 2, não é possível selecionar canais na TV, pão amanhecido, manteiga congelada. A equipe é receptiva e amigável, apenas devido a ele e à localização a classificação permanece bastante alta”
