Não é seguro. Meu pai e meu irmão autista foram ameaçados verbalmente e a porta foi batida por um funcionário de lá depois de pedir ajuda para limpar o quarto quando o banheiro estava inundado. Teve que chamar a polícia de tão inseguro. Eu nunca ficaria aqui ou diria a alguém para ficar aqui.

3 estrelas no máximo, esta localização provavelmente tem mais de 8 anos a partir da condição dos jardins e edifícios. Os quartos eram realmente justos e limpos em sua maior parte, exceto o desgaste da velhice e manchas excessivas em qualquer superfície de tecido. Odores estranhos de agentes de limpeza potentes na maioria das áreas públicas, e a área da piscina cheira a uma fábrica de cloro (esperamos que a piscina esteja limpa). A equipe foi realmente muito bom, útil e amigável. Exceto o cara que trabalhava as 8:00 da manhã de 22/09/22, ele foi muito pouco cooperativo e condescendente. O café na área de café da manhã está gelado, a garrafa térmica também está vazando. O elevador precisa de alguns reparos, pois faz barulhos horríveis. Banheira de hidromassagem quebrada. No geral, não é um lugar ruim, só precisa de um TLC.

Las habitaciones eran en realidad justas y limpias en su mayor parte, excepto por el desgaste de la vejez y las manchas excesivas en cualquier superficie de tela. Olores extraños de potentes agentes de limpieza en la mayoría de las áreas públicas, y el área de la piscina huele como una fábrica de cloro (esperemos que la piscina esté limpia). El personal era bastante bueno, servicial y amable. Excepto el tipo que trabajaba la mañana a las 8:00 a. m. del 22/09/22, fue muy poco cooperativo y condescendiente. El café en el desayunador está helado, el termo también gotea. El ascensor necesita algo de trabajo ya que hace ruidos horribles. Bañera de hidromasaje rota. En general, no es un mal lugar, solo necesita un poco de cariño.

No es seguro. Mi papá y mi hermano autista fueron amenazados verbalmente y un empleado golpeó la puerta después de pedir ayuda para limpiar la habitación cuando el baño se inundó. Tuvo que llamar a la policía porque se sentía tan inseguro. Nunca me quedaría aquí ni le diría a nadie más que se quede aquí.

3 stars max, This location is probably 8 plus years old from the condition of the grounds and buildings. The rooms were actually fair and clean for the most part except the wear and tear of old age and excessive stains on any fabric surface. Strange smells of potent cleaning agents in most public areas, and the pool area smells like a chlorine factory( hopefully the pool is clean). The staff were actually pretty good, helpful and friendly. Except the guy working the morning 8:00 am of 9/22/22 he was very uncooperative and condescending. The coffee in the breakfast area is ice cold, the thermos is also leaking. The elevator needs some work since it makes horrible noises. Broken hot tub. Overall not a Bad place, just need some TLC.

Not safe. My dad and autistic brother were verbally threatened and the door was banged on by an employee there after asking for help to clean the room when the toilet was flooded. Had to call the police he felt so unsafe. I would never stay here or tell anyone else to stay here.

A suíte era muito agradável e limpa. A equipe foi acolhedora, paciente e amigável. Muito aceita crianças, o café-da-manhã de cortesia foi maravilhoso e meus filhos adoraram a piscina..vamos reservar uma estadia novamente em breve!

Se estiver a negócios em Whiting, então este é definitivamente um lugar para fazer o check-out. Com uma cozinha completa (que também está equipada com tachos e panelas - é preciso esclarecer isso, pois algumas propriedades de cozinha completa do Hilton não têm panelas / panelas e fogões disponíveis mediante solicitação), você tem a liberdade de cozinhar ou fazer chá de verdade. Quartos espaçosos e espaço de estacionamento suficiente. O café da manhã complementar é uma boa maneira de fazer uma refeição rápida antes do seu dia de trabalho/férias. Deverá visitá-lo novamente se eu estiver de volta à cidade.

Si está de negocios en Whiting, este es definitivamente un lugar para pagar. Con una cocina completa (que también está equipada con ollas y sartenes; debo aclarar esto, ya que algunas propiedades de cocina completa de Hilton no tienen ollas/sartenes y las estufas están disponibles a pedido) tiene la libertad de cocinar o hacer té de verdad. Amplias habitaciones y suficiente espacio de estacionamiento. El desayuno complementario es una buena manera de tomar un bocado rápido antes de su día de trabajo/vacaciones. Lo visitaré de nuevo si vuelvo a la ciudad.

La suite era muy bonita y limpia. El personal fue acogedor, paciente y amable. Muy amigable para los niños, el desayuno de cortesía fue maravilloso y a mis hijos les encantó la piscina ... ¡volveremos a reservar una estadía muy pronto!

The suite was very nice and clean. The staff was welcoming, patient and friendly. Very kid friendly, the complimentary breakfast was wonderful and my kids loved the pool..we will be booking a stay again real soon!

If on business in Whiting then this is definitely a place to checkout. With a full kitchen (which is also equipped with pots and pans - have to clarify this since some Hilton full kitchen properties don't have any pots/pans and stoves are available on request) you have the freedom to cook or make real tea. Spacious rooms and enough parking space. The complementary breakfast is a good way to get a quick bite before your work/vacation day. Shall visit it again if I'm back in town.

Viajo a trabalho e fico pelo menos 18 noites por mês em hotéis. Eu prefiro propriedades Hilton. Depois de fazer o check-in hoje 14/05 neste hotel fui tomar um banho e não havia água quente! Liguei para a recepção e me disseram que o aquecedor de água falhou no dia anterior e muitas unidades não tinham água quente.Como você ousa esperar que alguém vá para um hotel sem água quente?A gerência me ofereceu um quarto para tomar banho. Por que eu não fiz check-in nessa unidade para começar?Isso é completamente inaceitável!

Viajo por trabajo y me alojo al menos 18 noches al mes en hoteles. Prefiero las propiedades de Hilton. Después de registrarme hoy 14/05 en este hotel, fui a ducharme y ¡no había agua caliente! Llamé a la recepción y me dijeron que el calentador de agua había fallado el día anterior y que muchas unidades no tenían agua caliente.¿Cómo te atreves a esperar que alguien vaya a un hotel sin agua caliente?La gerencia me ofreció una habitación para ducharme... ¿por qué no me registraron en esa unidad para empezar?Esto se completa inaceptable!

I travel for work and stay at least 18 nights per month in hotels.I prefer Hilton properties.After checking in today 05/14 to this hotel I went to take a shower and there were no hot water!I called the front desk and was told that the had a water heater fail the day before and many units had no hot water.How dare you expecting that someone will go to a hotel with no hot water?Management offered me a room to shower in..why was I not checked in to that unit to start with?This is completed unacceptable!

Esta foi a minha primeira se hospedar tempo em um Homewood Suites e não será a minha última. Este foi um ótimo hotel e experiência. Eu vou voltar para uma futura estadia. O quarto era um bom tamanho, era limpo, a área da cozinha foi abastecido e os aparelhos foram bons. A cama era confortável eo pequeno-almoço na manhã seguinte foi bom. O ambiente do hotel foi ótimo.

Esta fue la primera vez que me hospedé en un Homewood Suites y no será la última. Este fue un gran hotel y experiencia. Volveré para una estancia futura. La habitación era de buen tamaño, estaba limpia, el área de la cocina estaba equipada y los electrodomésticos estaban bien. La cama era cómoda y el desayuno a la mañana siguiente era bueno. El ambiente del hotel era genial.

This was my first time staying at a Homewood Suites and it will not be my last. This was a great hotel and experience. I'll return for a future stay. The room was a nice size, it was clean, the kitchen area was stocked and the appliances were nice. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast the next morning was good. The ambiance of the hotel was great.
