“Stayed with the family and enjoyed the hotel. A room was made ready for us a bit ahead of the 3pm check-in time which was nice, although it was not the room we preselected and we were positioned directly next to the elevators. Location is excellent. So much to see and do within walking distance. If you have a falls-facing room, you'll be able to watch the nightly fireworks show as well. Check in and out we're very easy. The room was clean, but becoming a little dated (obvious repairs to the tub, some wallpaper peeling, fridge that was cool at best, etc). We also had a "ghost" dresser, where two drawers self-opened continuously. Parking was good but expensive. If you are open to off-site options, you will find options close by at much, much better rates. The room rate was also a bit pricey, but overall felt it was good value considering the location and the quality of the hotel itself. Would definitely recommend and consider staying again.”

“The service was first class, the rooms were clean and tidy, the location was walking distance to everything, and the view was amazing. We had the perfect room to watch the fireworks.
The casino was accessible without having to walk outside too and the restaurants inside the hotel are worth 5 stars.
I actually want to mention the driver for the shuttle bus to the parking lots. We had lost a bag that day, and he kept it safe until we came back for it which was around 6 hours later.”
