“I was travelling for work and looked for a hotel near where I would be working and close to the subway. The hotel is conveniently located. And the front desk staff was welcoming when I checked in. It's Manhattan, so I did not expect a huge room, while small there was plenty of room. The room was clean and three bed was comfortable. If I had to come back for work I would stay here again.”

“Everyone who works there is great, but the rooms are outdated and somewhat run down. Further, for some reason there is no cold water in my room. That’s right. No cold water. Someone hooked up the cold water line to the hot water. My shower was so hot I could only stand on the far end out of the water flow and steam myself clean.”
