“Our family of six recently stayed at this Best Western for a family reunion. Most of the staff were pleasant and they were kind enough to offer us the breakfast room to hang out in the evening. The breakfast was pretty bad, coffee was awful and room keys almost never worked. Other than that, the hotel was nicer than we expected.”

“Don't get me wrong, this is not a review of the people. All staff were amazing! Amazing! Amazing! And Branson has a lot to see and do for everyone! To be clear, this is a poor review of the engineers of the building. More specifically, the bathroom design. I've always had a travel theory that you can judge a hotel by its bathroom, and this one fails miserably. The worst I've ever seen.
I am an average height male. 5'10". The showers are quite literally made for little people. Like I said, this was the worst I've ever seen.
I will try attaching 3 photos as evidence.
You'll see in one photo, the ceiling height a good 1.5 feet above the door on the outside of the bathroom. Another photo shows the ceiling clearance barely an inch above the door on the inside of the bathroom. The 3rd photo shows the bathroom door open, so you know they are photos of the same location.
Question 1: can you tell me why the bathroom ceiling is so much lower than the main room's ceiling?
I'll tell you my theory. They purchased very small fully enclosed shower shells.
You see, as low as the ceiling is, the shower shell is even lower, then the shower head is even lower, and points downward. Anyone over 5'2" has to lean their head under the shower head. I know this because my girlfriend is 5'3" and had to lean under the shower head.
We stayed 3 nights and my neck was killing me.
