Péssima. Fomos bem mal atendidos na recepção nos dois dias que ficamos hospedados. A localização não é boa, achamos a região bem perigosa ao redor do hotel. E pra piorar, estávamos com carro e o preço do estacionamento do hotel por dia é de U$$ 42.00, absurdo. Em dois dias gastamos mais de 300.00 reais só de estacionamento no hotel.

Hotel muito bom. Quarto com tamanho ótimo. Atendimento de recepção excelente. Posição estratégica para poder conhecer Washington! Café da manhã bom.

Quartos limpos e funcionários simpáticos. Se precisar da recepção terá que ir ninguém atende. Para o café da manhã, esteja preparado para sair para o hotel associado ao lado.

Bem mobiliado e cama agradável. Chuveiro era médio. Quarto era limpo e parecia remodelado nos últimos 5 anos. Tivemos dois quartos ambos faltando coisas diferentes. Eles têm 2 elevadores que exigem um cartão-chave para operar (sem sinais sobre a necessidade de um cartão-chave), mas um elevador é reservado para a equipe. Então, se o elevador "staff" aparecer primeiro, depois de muita frustração para descobrir, pressione o botão para baixo e espere que o outro elevador chegue antes que o "staff" reinicie. O engraçado era que fora do térreo, qualquer elevador o levaria para baixo. Ridículo. Eu nunca vi isso antes. Também não pudemos subir os degraus, as portas de cada andar estão trancadas. Talvez eu possa entender isso por segurança, mas parece um grande risco de segurança se houver um incêndio e o andar térreo estiver bloqueado. Também quarto não estava pronto até depois das 17h no check-in.

Furnished well and nice bed. Shower was average. Room was clean and seemed remodeled within last 5 years. We had two rooms both missing different things. They have 2 elevators that requires a key card to operate (no signs about needing a key card though), but one elevator is reserved for staff. So if the "staff" elevator shows up first, after much frustration to figure it out, press the down button and hope the other elevator arrives before the "staff" one resets. Funny thing was outside of the ground floor, any elevator would take you down. Ridiculous. I have never seen that before. Also we could not take the steps, the doors to each floor is locked. I could maybe understand that for security, but seems like a major safety hazard if there is a fire and the ground floor is blocked. Also room was not ready until after 5pm on check-in.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. If you need the front desk you'll have to go no one answers. For breakfast be prepared to got outside to sister hotel next door.

All around wonderful place to stay if you are out of town this was the most super helpful staff room was fantastic and made you feel like you were important

The hotel itself is new and looks nice, and it's in a fantastic location right by Union Market, but there were a few issues. The service from the employees felt like from an old/rundown hotel, not a nice new one. The person working the front desk when we checked in was wearing sweats, which just seemed really out of place. The website said parking was an additional $25 per night, but when we checked in we were told it's $35/night. Our room reeked of weed when we walked in. There's a lot of construction around, which didn't bother us, but might be a problem for some people. The breakfast was decent and the lobby stays stocked with coffee, tea, and citrus infused water.

I definitely f@cks with the outside waterfall, the rooms, the cleanliness, the suites, the front desk employees professionalism... and that's rare for me !!I have a friend's who's been staying here for a few months... If the price was reasonable and made sense for my budget... I would live here full time. I also love the property managers no- nonsense approach to making sure the place feels safe, keeps the property clean, and doesn't have that run-down drug hotspot feeling to it.Please tell her I said, well done my love, well done! She definitely deserves her share in the revenue, cause without out her..... I don't know if the property could even ask for such rate..

Valio la pena mi viaje desde Pennsylvania, Super contenta con mi estadia en este hotel, se lo recomiendo a cualquiera que queria un buen lugar familiar, el trato de los empleados excelente, las habitaciones super comodas y limpias , el desayuno super bueno, calientito y variable, la piscina bajo techo tambien muy buena, ""LOS FELICITO POCOS HOTELES SON COMO USTEDES.""

Rooms are modern and clean, good pillows and sheets. Blankets are on the thin side and the mattress are very firm buy you can't please everyone. The location is somewhat out of the way...a roughly 45 minute walk from the capital building. They do provide a shuttle but there's only one and its first come first serve so be prepared to wait. Parking is also a hefty 45 dollars a night so find a package that includes free parking, We were able to get it through travel zoo. My only complaint was the pool which was not very well attended (missing towels, cloudy water) Also, the shuttle stops running at 9:45 so that means you most likely wont be able to take it at 9:45 you must be a minimum of 15 minutes early. Breakfast was good but dining area was pretty dirty and so was the serving area. If you're not pinching pennies pay 20-30 extra per night and stay at a better hotel closer to the mall. This is a 90$ a night hotel for almost 200$.

Excelente staff. Habitaciones muy limpias. Excelente ubicación. Desayuno delicioso y transporte gratis al Union Station.
