“Never in my life have I experienced such HORRIBLE customer service. The hotel threw out a very expensive personal item of mine. I asked to make a claim using their insurance or talk to the director of loss prevention. The staff kept brushing me off, Denise Santos who is the manager was extremely disrespectful and rude to me. I wanted to make a claim but they refused.
The customer service at this hotel was unacceptable and unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend these accommodations. In my business customer service is the main reason why I am successful. Don't they know the customer is always right? They did not offer me any compensation for my loss.”

“Disappointed this location won’t honor an advertised rate on Google. It feels like a bait and switch, the price first shows $86 per night for Jan 28 to Feb 3, but the changes to $179 after you click. I called Hilton and they said they can’t honor despite having multiple screenshots of the situation. Now the Google price shows $93 per night (also screenshotted) but when you click shows $179.Hilton should honor this rate.”
