“I have stayed at many Hilton’s and this was by far the worst one I’ve ever stayed at. This hotel nickel and dimes you for everything, coffee $3 water $8 absolutely unbelievable. Chose this hotel out of convenience as I’m traveling for work and it has been anything but. Oh and $4.95 for Wi-Fi per day! On top of that, during my stay there has not been hot water in the hotel since yesterday and we get woken up by fire alarms this morning! Save yourself money and don’t eat dinner here, it was disgusting. Save yourself even more money and don’t stay here at all.”

“Our "go to" place to stay in Charlotte. We have been there many times. The rooms are always clean. Last time there seemed to be a cigarette smell in the bathroom and we told them while we were checking out. They said if we told them immediately, they would have given us another room. Great service! We will be back!”
