Esta é a primeira vez que visitamos o Havaí e, como estreantes, confiamos nos comentários. Fiz este comentário porque não havia fotos suficientes do quarto real em que ficamos. Esperançosamente, as fotos fornecidas irão esclarecer exatamente como o quarto é e o que esperar.Reservamos um quarto com um loft. Temos um timeshare através do resort Welk e utilizamos nossos pontos para ficar aqui. Este resort foi considerado três estrelas e foi listado na Welk Experience. Se eu pudesse voltar no tempo, usaria meus pontos em outro lugar.Tudo era uma propaganda falsa. Este resort oferecia atividades muito limitadas e não exatamente ideais para crianças. As bicicletas eram para adultos e nenhuma para crianças. Para piorar a situação, a piscina estava fora do curso fechado durante a nossa estadia.A hospitalidade e o serviço ao cliente precisam de muitas melhorias. Muito insatisfeito com a nossa estadia aqui. Você praticamente tem que implorar pelas necessidades, incluindo sacos de lixo. Deus me livre se você ligar durante o expediente e, de alguma forma, ninguém puder entregar sacos de lixo ou papel higiênico no seu quarto quando eles não fornecerem um após o serviço de quarto.Além do péssimo atendimento ao cliente. O quarto era satisfatório. O quarto no andar de baixo era espaçoso e tinha uma bela varanda. O quarto no andar de cima tinha duas camas queen-size. O sofá também se converteu em uma cama para hóspedes adicionais. Há uma lavanderia dentro. Duas casas de banho e uma cozinha completa. Para minha surpresa, não há ar-condicionado. Possuem dois ventiladores, um de baixo e outro de cima e um de teto.Informamos que também não há elevador para acomodar cadeirantes ou deficientes físicos. Carregamos minha irmã com três andares de altura. Portanto, mantenha isso em mente.Duas estrelas, uma vez que o quarto era bastante decente.

This is our first time visiting Hawaii and as first timers we relied on the reviews. I made this review because there was not enough pictures of the actual room we stayed in. Hopefully, the pictures provided will clarify exactly how the room is like and what to expect. We booked a one bedroom with a loft. We have a timeshare through Welk resort and we utilized our points to stay here. This resort was considered three stars and was listed under Welk Experience. If I can rewind time, I’d use my points elsewhere. Everything was a false advertisement. This resort offered activities that was very limited and wasn’t exactly ideal for kids. The bikes were for adults and none for kids to use. To make matters worse, the pool was off course closed during our stay. The hospitality and customer service needs a lot of improvement. Very dissatisfied with our stay here. You pretty much have to beg for necessities, including trash bags. God forbid if you call during their after hours and somehow no one can deliver trash bags or toilet paper to your room when they failed to provide one after room service. Aside from the bad customer service. The room was satisfactory. The room downstairs was roomy and it had a nice balcony. The room upstairs had two queen beds. The couch converted into a bed as well for additional guest. There is a laundry unit inside. Two bathrooms and a full kitchen. To my surprise, there is no air conditioning. They have two fans, one for downstairs and one upstairs and a ceiling fan. Please be advised that there is also no elevator to accommodate anyone on a wheelchair or handicap. We carried my sister three story high. So keep that in mind. Two stars since the room was pretty decent.

Ótimo lugar. Nós ficamos aqui quatro vezes - apartamentos confortáveis, bem equipados, vistas espetaculares do oceano se você conseguir as unidades certas, outras vistas das montanhas também são boas.

Caminhamos por um caminho muito difícil, (você precisa usar sapatos RESISTENTES com ação de preensão, absolutamente nenhum chinelo!) Há cordas ao longo do caminho nas áreas verticais nas quais você pode se agarrar. Quando chegamos ao fundo, caminhamos cerca de 150 metros até a caverna. Maré baixa, então a caverna estava seca quando entramos na abertura na outra extremidade. Valeu a pena todos os esforços para chegar lá. Temos que ver as tartarugas !!!!

Great place. We’ve stayed here four times - comfortable condos, well-appointed, spectacular ocean views if you can get the right units, other views of the mountains are nice as well.

We hiked down the very difficult path, (you need to wear STURDY shoes with grip action absolutely no flip flops!) There are ropes along the way vertical areas that you can hang on to. Once we were at the bottom we waded about 500 feet to the cave.Lowtide so the cave was dry as we enter to the opening on other end. Totally worth all efforts to get there. We got to see the turtles!!!!

Somos um pouco novos na comida coreana, mas estamos completamente impressionados com o quão delicioso o churrasco coreano estava aqui. Era picante, mas não queimava e extremamente saboroso. A carne estava macia e perfeitamente preparada. O serviço foi excelente e a sala de jantar era muito agradável. Você também pode pedir churrasco ao estilo americano aqui, mas se você gosta de algo um pouco diferente, eu recomendo o coreano.

Somos algo nuevos en la comida coreana, pero estamos muy impresionados con lo deliciosa que fue la barbacoa coreana aquí. Estaba picante pero no quemaba, y muy sabroso. La carne estaba tierna y perfectamente preparada. El servicio fue excelente y el comedor era muy agradable. También puedes hacer una barbacoa al estilo americano aquí, pero si disfrutas de algo un poco diferente, te recomiendo la coreana.

We are somewhat new to Korean food but we’re thoroughly impressed with how delicious the Korean BBQ was here. It was spicy but not burning, and extremely flavorful. The beef was tender and perfectly cooked. Service was excellent and the dining room was very nice. You can also get American style BBQ here, but if you enjoy something a little different, I recommend the Korean.

Ótimo lugar para ficar. Quartos agradáveis e excelentes vistas. Uma super vantagem é que há um dispensador de água para que você não precise correr muito para comprar água. Gostaria que houvesse AC, mas há apenas fãs. O pessoal é amigável. Eu recomendaria.

Great place to stay. Nice rooms and great views. A super plus is that there is a water dispenser so you don't have to run to the store a lot to buy water. Wish there was AC but there is only fans. The staff is friendly. I would recommend.

Top notch place and service - 1 bedroom with the loft was awesome!!! Putting green is huge and very challenging - loved it. All other amenities in very good shape. Extremely clean, staff was on it...
