For this to so nice a place, they were short . $2.50 coffee and no breakfast bar. and the bathroom was not cleaned. there was a dirty make up cloth on the counter, folded and a new make up remover placed on top. I gave it to the deskclerk. The shower door had not been cleaned, and the towel shelves had a coat of dust...

Três estrelas como a equipe foi muito simpática e rápida para ajudar. O quarto que eu tinha era limpo e apresentável em geral; no entanto, móveis grandes que ocupavam quase metade do espaço da sala, faziam com que parecesse menor do que já era. O carpete parecia limpo, mas parecia sujo, provavelmente pela falta de desumidificadores. O ar estava quase tão úmido dentro da sala quanto fora, novamente devido à falta de desumidificação. Tres estrellas ya que el personal fue muy amable y rápido para ayudar. La habitación que tenía estaba limpia y presentable en general; sin embargo, los muebles de gran tamaño que ocupaban casi la mitad del espacio de la habitación lo hacían sentir más pequeño de lo que ya era. La alfombra parecía limpia pero se sentía sucia, probablemente por la falta de deshumidificadores. El aire era casi tan húmedo dentro de la habitación como fuera, nuevamente debido a la falta de deshumidificación. El piso de baldosas en la entrada y el baño tenía una película resbaladiza, como si se hubiera usado un trapeador muy sucio. La ducha tenía una película muy gruesa que me gusta pensar que era aceite de bebé. Era tan malo que tuve que apilar dos toallas de ducha en el piso mientras me duchaba para que mis pies no se apelmazaran con la misteriosa capa. Me quedé por tres días pero nunca había tenido la visita del servicio de limpieza. Probablemente elija un hotel diferente en mis futuros viajes mensuales a Charleston.

Very clean, quiet.Only did the breakfast buffet, but it was nice. Front desk was very helpful. Would stay there again if I was in the area.

Three stars as the staff was very friendly and quick to help. The room I had was overall clean and presentable; however, oversized furniture that took up nearly half the room space, made it feel smaller than it already was. The carpet appeared clean but felt grungy, likely from the lack of dehumidifiers. The air was almost as humid inside the room as it was outside, again owing to the lack of dehumidification. The tile floor in the entryway and bathroom had a slippery film as though a very dirty mop was used. The shower had a very thick film that I like to think was baby oil. It was so bad I had to stack two shower towels on the floor while showering so my feet did not get caked with the mystery coating. I stayed for three days but never had had visit from housekeeping. Will likely choose a different hotel in my future monthly trips to Charleston.

Upon arriving, the two lady’s that greeted me were extremely welcoming. I received my cookie, waters, and instruction that, because I’m staying past five nights (nine nights total), the Hilton’s policy is housekeeping will clean your room after the fifth night. Should I require additional linen’s, to reach out and someone will bring them. This was aligned with my most recent four hotel experiences. Well on day six, I let the front desk know my room had not been serviced. The gentlemen said, well we don’t offer housekeeping service unless you request it. I said fine, I’d like to request it. He said I’ll try, we have other rooms, but you should be fine. I said great thank you. Got back to my room, nothing. Inquired on the next day, where I was advised it was the weekend so, despite me seeing housekeeping clean other rooms, it wasn’t available to everyone. But they’d put it on the books for Monday. I was disappointed because well, I checked out on Tuesday, but none-the-less, accepted it. I came back to my room Monday, still no service. As a Hilton Diamond member, who has another 13-night stay booked next week, I must say I didn’t feel like my loyalty was appreciated. I typically stay at another Hilton property but due to the PGA, that place was sold out. Fortunately, I’ll be able to go to the original property, which is less in stars, but service, bang for buck, and quality outranks this location.

Ótimo hotel. Limpo e agradável. Equipe incrível. As pessoas da recepção foram excelentes e profissionais. A comida era boa. O barman era ótimo e estava fazendo cerca de quatro trabalhos. Recebendo pedidos de bebidas, pedidos de comida e entregando pedidos nos quartos. Cookies dando pela recepção foram um toque agradável.

Great hotel. Clean and nice. Staff awesome. Front desk people were excellent and professional. Food was good. Bartender was great and doing about four jobs. Taking drink orders, food orders and delivering orders to rooms. Cookies giving out by front desk were a nice touch.

This hotel lives up to it's reputation for high quality and service. Furnishings were modern and very pleasant with nice touches like artwork reflecting local attractions. The bed was extremely comfortable and amenities like the refrigerator and microwave were very practical. Real glass glasses were provided which is one sign of an upscale hotel. The TV was very large with a great picture and sound and had many channels including several HBO options. I was very pleased to have the Weather Channel instead of the lower quality weather competitors. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my stay!
