We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was excellent, but we were also close to other facilities so we weren't trapped in the resort. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beach was clean, because they cleaned it every day. I don't think there was anything that needed improvement. It is Asia, however, so expect to see opulence and squalor separated by only a stone wall. And drive at your own peril. It was easy enough to hire a car and a driver for AUD$50 a day so driving made no sense anyway. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

We spend our perfect honeymoon at Puri Bali Belmond. Everything from the beginning was so exceptional. The staff is just amazing, making you feel welcomed and truly staying in a new home away from home. We loved every second here, the food is super delicious in the restaurant and for the breakfast. The spa treatments are amazing and worth the price. Rooms are super spacious and very clean with so much attention to details. We both worked in the tourism industry but have never experienced such a high level of service quality - this was truly an outstanding experience. We will definitely coming back!

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of days during our one-week honeymoon in Bali! The service was excellent from check in to check out. Our room was so private, clean, and beautiful. We had a personal butler who was so pleasant and accommodating. The location of the hotel is great and we were able to walk down the beach to the Jimbaran Beach restaurants. The hotel food (breakfast and dinner) was delicious and very fresh! Try the homemade croissants with the rainforest honey at breakfast… yum! The beachfront hotel bar & restaurant had comfy seating on the beach which made for a very nice nightcap drink listening to the waves in front of you. We can’t wait to come back!

We had the most beautiful stay at Belmond Jimbaran Puri. From the service to the food there was nothing to fault. The beach was clean and the beach bar sofas are the perfect plc to watch the best sunset in Bali. My children are always loved and well looked after when we stay here and I feel like it’s a home away from home. It’s obvious that the training they get is of the highest quality because I have stayed in many 5+ star hotels and when the service lacks it ruins the overall experience. For me it’s the staff that make all the difference. Nothing is to much trouble. I especially loved the little touches like the flask of herbal tea in my villa every evening before bed describing what was in it and how it benefited the body. The tea was delicious. Also the huge pool is so refreshing and my kids enjoyed the large pool and the smaller on next to it. The beauty and charm Of the hotel brings that authentic Balinese feel. And the grounds have a great energy. It’s really a blissful beautiful place to spend some time. And I highly recommend it. Mr Charles and his team do a fantastic job! And I can’t wait to return this year.

A really wonderful hotel with the most amazing service and location. It feels small and intimate with a huge pool, and set on the beach, with heaps of reclining beach beds and chairs. We had the most peaceful stay with private yoga classes every morning next to the beach. The restaurant served excellent food and was literally on the beach so you could dine with your feet in the sand. Spa was sublime right next to the beach. Delicious breakfast every morning with buffet choice and hot breakfast order. Staff were amazing. Great coffee. Really everyone couldn’t do enough for us! Cottages are super spacious. The best 9 nights and highly recommend the Puri Jimbaran for a chilled luxurious stay with old fashioned courteous service.

The best place for a sunset drinks and a perfect dinner. Very good cooking, exceptionally friendly staff and very well managed resort with spacious and comfortable bungalows. Amazing place and we are looking forward to coming back!

The deluxe Villas are beyond amazing. The private pool with the villas are very private. The staff are super friendly. The hotel bar and restaurant spills out onto the beach. We will definitely go back. The only down side is it's away from the main action for markets , bars and restaurants of the main tourist areas. Taxis are readily available to take you to and from there. Tourist hint. Use the light blue " Blue Bird" taxis and make sure you tell them to turn the meter on and not give you a price

Beautiful hotel with an absolutely stunning beach bar. Extremely quiet beach. Super comfortable rooms. They have a combination of old and new rooms. We were first put in their old room (220 if I'm not mistaken) and the AC just wouldn't cool as there were too many door and window openings that had gaps. Once we complained to them, they immediately shifted us to a newly renovated room (208) which was unbelievable. Super friendly and helpful staff, amazing pool and great food also.
