“This is probably the worst Hilton branded hotel I've ever stayed in before. I travel a lot and this place was far below expectations.
Pros:
- Good location. Close to Highway and many fantastic Asian restaurants.
-The towels in the room were good quality.
Cons:
-The front desk staff was not super friendly.
-Pool was closed because no one had cleaned it. See attached photo.
-Only one Elevator worked
-The down button on the second floor elevator didn't work.
-The patio garden area was a complete mess.
-The front lawn of the property and the surrounding grassy areas are covered in trash.
- The shower head in my room wouldn't stay on the spout.
- They wouldn't honor my Hilton Honors points because I booked through a third party website.
-No more fresh hot cookies
-Did not offer free water bottles/drinks for Hilton Honors members.
-The room was very dated”
