“Michael at the front desk made us feel so welcome and special! The room we had booked with mistakenly given away so he upgraded us to two rooms. Both rooms were immaculately clean. The hotel smelled so good, especially the long. Every staff member we interacted with was polite and helpful. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, with many gluten free options. The coffee shop on the first floor - Frankie Rose Coffee - was fabulous and friendly. We will never stay anywhere else in Nashville!”
