“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We can’t give a 10/10 for the following reasons:
-obvious stains on the couch in the room
-bath towel had a large hole in it
-only sausage (never bacon) was served for a breakfast meat
-cutting knife in the kitchen was dull
None of these things are reasons we wouldn’t stay again. We absolutely would, but just reasons we can’t give 5/5 or 10/10 rating. The indoor pool is heated and a very nice feature in fall and winter. Our son loved pool time. The room was comfortable with extra blankets and pillows.”

“I will never stay at this resort again.! Actually after this I will not be booking again through any Hilton no-more. I will go back frequently using the Marriott! This place charged me twice and lied and said I book for two nights then ran the cameras back and stated it was mixed up maybe someone called from a different room and extended there stay and it actually told them my room number! Please I have extended stays all the time and they make you go down there and sign a paper and re issues you keys!!!! These front desk clerks are crooks and frauds!!!! Try to double dip and get the money!!!!! I will NEVER USE HILTON AGAIN! Service is in the toilet especially when they hire liars!!!!!! Still waiting for my refund!!!!! If I could them zero stars I would!!! Please check you billing statements!”
