“The service at the hotel is okay. The room is big but old. Our shower is a a bit leaky but works overall okay.
I was surprised there is no breakfast for weekdays, and for weekends the breakfast is either $14 cold or $28 hot, which is a bit overpriced.
The gym is well equipped. The pool is a bit small and not look clean.
The connection to the mall is great.”

“Great location in Downtown Providence - skybridge connection to Providence Mall is also highly convenient. Very friendly staff and easy check-in, check-out process. However, I did not see how this could be a 4-star luxury hotel. Lobby was beautiful. Rooms were clean, not too modern. beds were comfortable, pillows weren't (top floor east tower for reference) but all around definitely not anything special. Would still recommend for location and price purposes.”
