I booked a stay and park package in April 2021. I just received notification, 7 months later and less than 6 weeks away from my vacation, that they cancelled my booking due to renovations planned for January and February. I don't know of any large chain of companies that decides last minute to renovate and close their accommodations within a month of starting work and closing their facility, so this must've been in the works for at least a while. I understand that circumstances change, but yeah, thanks for the notice, guys. Not cool and it left me scrambling to find other accommodations that were not as convenient. I won't be using your services again.

Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. This web site will compare thousands of booking web sites and usually will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is one of the highest rated in this area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you choose this place you won't regret it. Very nice hotel. Excellent located close to the airport. Staff is very friendly, they really care about their guests! Restaurant offers good food and fair prices. I will come again!

Unfortunately some hotel workers were strike so there was no room service. Shampoo bottle is empty and it made hair very dry. The shower Curtain smells a bit. There is no garbage bag in bin. Coffee shops is closed for most of the time. But staffs are nice and helpful. Safe and quiet place to stay.

At the time of our arrival the hotel was in the middle of dealing with a strike. Therefore services were very limited, the restaurant on the river was closed and the coffee shop was only available on request. The staff that were still there were nice but the price of the hotel was very expensive (including taxes it was over $400/ night) considering the limited services and it would have been appreciated if the price was adjusted accordingly. We chose this hotel because of the proximity to the airport which was only about 5 minutes. The location was very convenient.

This hotel is 🔥. The staff are friendly, the marina and views are sexy and the location is super convenient if you need to make the airport. I forgot my charger and Kaitlin let me have hers overnight! Went and found me the charging block also. The staff are beyond friendly and the hotel is very well situated. The restaurant bar is fire also. Overall experience, 5 stars. Thank you 🙏🏻

Stayed here one night, because of a transfer to Whitehorse 14 hours later. Excellent rooms, big beds. Quiet rooms even when close to the airport, didnt hear a single plane. Ate here too, we all (5 persons) had a nice dinner, with a very kind lady helping us. There is a lot construction going on, because they were closed for a year or so I believe. Anyway would recommend, its a nice hotel, specially for transfers
