“My husband brought me here for a surprise for my birthday. We were upgraded to a huge room that had a separate bedroom and 2 bathrooms it was absolutely amazing. Super luxury hotel, they also left me a bottle of red wine and a cake for my birthday. The staff were so lovely and helpful throughout. We even did a little cocktail making in the French Grill with Tuan who was absolutely amazing, he also took us for a tour of wine cellar and let us try some other drinks, he was extremely knowledgeable and such a delight to chat to - he is a huge credit to your team! We had access to the executive lounge which was great and they had a fantastic cheese selection in the evening and they made us some great cocktails in there too. Overall it was a fabulous staycation and we definitely hope to return one day soon.”
