“The hotel itself is very nice, but to be honest the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities seemed to be sub-par. I was there for a wedding so I honestly can't speak to the rooms, but while there the elevators were worrisome and directions to the locations around were not very clear.”

“Never stayed there personally but I did attend a 5 day training course so I used their training room and buffet restaurant. The training room was adequate if not the most comfortable and the service there was slow. The buffet restaurant is beautifully set and the food selection offered is large. However, healthy options aren't immediately available. I had to ask for grilled chicken myself and they obliged. Taste wise the food is not good not bad. Their Fattoush and Um Ali is really good though. Their saving grace though is the amazing staff on the restaurant floor. Anything you ask for is quickly supplied and they take initiative to check up on everyone to make sure they're okay.”
