“This hotel stay was a true Hilton experience! The first thing I noticed was that the room was absolutely spotless. There was no hint of dust even anywhere! The breakfast was busy, but the staff were quick to replenish. The front desk staff were absolutely superb and very welcoming. I have never felt so comfortable and satisfied with a stay as I did with this hotel experience. When I return to Chicago again, this will absolutely be my first choice and I can't wait to return. Wonderful job to all of the employees at the hotel.”

“We booked a room here for the Chicago Marathon in October 2022 and were impressed.
The location is fantastic and the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Our room with a king bed included a coffee maker, mini fridge and hair dryer. Items like shower caps and toiletries are available if requested. Bathroom was spotless. Everything looked exactly like the website pics.
There is a breakfast available in a dining area by the main lobby that includes omelettes, oatmeal, waffles, sausages, cereals, and pastries. Pretty good food and coffee overall.
Staff was also outstanding! The lobby captains, front desk and room staff were very friendly and helpful. You can request daily room service, but for a two night stay we opted out, and just requested clean towels.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.”
