“Lugar legal, próximo a estação central e todos os pontos turísticos de Amsterdam. Café da manhã perfeito, pensa em um café da manhã de palácio porém, acomodações pequenas (com relação a outras que utilizamos na Europa e na mesma faixa de preço), reservamos frente porto e ficamos virados para o nada (um buraco - jardim) no meio do hotel. Os recepcionistas são muito atenciosos e ao chegar no hotel você é recebido com um delicioso cookie de chocolate quentinho, estão de parabéns, mas ficamos decepcionados com o espaço do quarto e o tamanho da cama. (O hotel possuí um bar, boate e uma Starbucks no complexo.)”

“la ubicacion es excelente. las habitaciones estan bien, los servicios nulos. el frigo esta vacio. no te dejan siquiera una botella de agua como cortesia. el desayuno es mediocre. los huevos revueltos horribles. a algunas personas les preguntan si quieren algo mas, y a otras no. la tostadora no va, el cafe es MUYYYY malo. en fin.... q siendo un 5 estrellas esperas mucho mas y eso no ocurre. otra cosa! conseguir el ascensor por la tarde/noche puede ser una aventura. estan bloqueados para el bar de la terraza, y tienes que esperar mucho tiempo”
