“So many great places to stay in the city, this is not one of them. The staff are mediocre at best. I had a difficult time booking- they were not very accommodating. I had to call the front desk to have them clean our room. The rooftop amenities are only for “special” guests and they make that very clear if you are not “special”. Stay at The Roxy down the street. We had a much better experience there and we weren’t even staying at the hotel!”

“Good location just outside of Holland tunnel for Jersey access. While the standard in NYC is often lower(and smaller) this place is one of Sheratons better properties left in North America. Lounge has great views north, very close to Chinatown and little Italy. Only tough thing is parking, could never make it to hotel garage”
