“Stayed with the family and enjoyed the hotel. A room was made ready for us a bit ahead of the 3pm check-in time which was nice, although it was not the room we preselected and we were positioned directly next to the elevators. Location is excellent. So much to see and do within walking distance. If you have a falls-facing room, you'll be able to watch the nightly fireworks show as well. Check in and out we're very easy. The room was clean, but becoming a little dated (obvious repairs to the tub, some wallpaper peeling, fridge that was cool at best, etc). We also had a "ghost" dresser, where two drawers self-opened continuously. Parking was good but expensive. If you are open to off-site options, you will find options close by at much, much better rates. The room rate was also a bit pricey, but overall felt it was good value considering the location and the quality of the hotel itself. Would definitely recommend and consider staying again.”

“Absolutely loved it here. We picked the hotel on a whim, and drove up. Got an excellent room with views of both falls, with almost no wait. The staff was helpful and friendly, very quick. The room was spotless and exactly as described, king bed, hot tub, and the view... The view was incredible! We ordered room service minutes before the kitchen closed, with no complaints and cheerful voices. Delivery was quick and friendly and the food was great. Breakfast the next morning at the hotel restaurant was wonderful, again the view was stunning. It's not cheap, I'm sure we could have gotten better prices if we had looked around, but I doubt we could have gotten a better experience.”
