Hotel excelente! Atendimento impecável dos funcionários. Fica bem localizado, com vários restaurantes e shoppings por perto. Os quartos são muito confortáveis, limpos e organizados.

Un hotel elegante en el centro de la ciudad. Tiene 60 habitaciones con una suite ultralujosa, un restaurante de alta cocina y un bar de vinos en la planta baja, un centro de negocios, gimnasio con piscina al aire libre y jacuzzi. Excekentes tarifas para pasadia y hospedaje.

Ninguém responde ao telefone ou e-mails. Quando você liga, toca e então você ouve uma versão instrumental de “I Like It” de Enrique Iglesias. Então, depois de alguns minutos de música tocando, a chamada simplesmente termina. Estou começando a achar que o hotel está fechado? Tenho uma reserva lá para os dias 17 e 19 deste mês, mas se não obtiver resposta, cancelarei. Estou no Panamá há apenas dois dias e não quero surpresas ruins.

Nobody responds to the phone or emails. When you call it rings and then you hear an instrumental version of “I Like It” by Enrique Iglesias. Then, after a couple minutes of the music playing, the call just ends. I’m starting to think that the hotel is closed? I have a reservation there for the 17-19 of this month but if I get no answer I’ll cancel. I’m only in Panama for two days and don’t want any bad surprises.

Fueron 2 noches seguidas de fiesta en la habitacion al lado de la mia, me quejé con la recepcion que no hizo nada y despues siquiera tomó mis llamadas. Si quieres estar atrapado en tu habitacion escuchando reggaeton, gritos y golpes en la habitacion vecina sepas que esa actitud cuenta con el apoyo del personal de ese hotel. Solo recomendaria para un enemigo o a quien quiera hacer desmadre.

Hotel centrico, mmuy agradable y tranquilo

Un Hotel maravilloso, volveré seguro. La piscina genial!! Se puede estar en ella hasta el anochecer, hasta las 9:00 PM.

Okay hotel to stay a few nights. Room is nice , could be clean more thoroughly , there was hair in the bathroom and shower from previous tenants. Pillows don't have a pillow protector and need to be replaced by new ones. No wash clothes provided. Breakfast was good, not included in price.

Quality of breakfast was good, but no buffet because of COVID restrictions. Pool was great. The mirror in the bathroom could have a better light concept, since it was pretty dark. Staff was helpful and business center perfect.

Spectacular, modern 60 room high rise hotel with a nice pool and gym, cool view of other downtown high rises, and very convenient location walking distance to Via Argentina metro stop and numerous restaurants. Before staying at Global I was at Hilton for 3 nights and moved to Global and realized it is roughly equivalent to Hilton at close to half the price. The restaurant serves great food at fairly reasonable prices and the breakfast is great. Staff arefriendly and helpful. The Nicaraguan bartender (forgot her name unfortunately) is very professional and good at her job. Definitely will stay here again on my next visit to PTY.There is an am/pm convenience store at the corner, which is useful for late night or early morning snack or beverage needs. Stayed here in March 2021 during COVID-19 pandemic place was very clean and they continued to service the rooms daily unlike some hotels. This hotel is much more affordable than the similar hotels on the waterfront - the major difference is the lack of a view of the water but you will save a lot of money by staying here relative to a place like Hilton and the location is actually in general very convenient due to proximity to the subway and waterfront is only a few blocks away anyways if you want to go there to run, jog, walk etc. Breakfast is not included but as of March 2021 was $8 for a generous breakfast with juice and coffee and the restaurant opens at 7 am. Seems like each day at breakfast they offer a Panamanian breakfast option and a “international” breakfast option, the Panamanian breakfasts I tried were good.

the room was very nice, firm mattress, very clean. Had to request towels because there were not any wash clothes. Also, the clock in the room had the alarm set by a former guest and that went off at 3;00 AM. Grrrr
