“Roaches in my room upon arrival. Housekeeping does not clean your room. Most days only gave me 1 towel for a bed that fits 4. The food is sub par. Parties go on until 4am. This hotel is very dirty. Mold on the air ducts. The wooden furniture is destroyed from past guest. Wifi is terrible here. The only good thing is the pool. The gym sauna had dozens of towels laying in it I can tell it never gets cleaned. The walls are fading with paint with dead roaches smashed on the wall. This was horrible”

“The hotel was okay, not as nice as the photos - the service however was very bad. Upon check in , we were ignored by the ladies until the gentleman helped us check in - he was very nice and explained everything as we got stared down by the other lady. We decided to hang out at the bar to have a few drinks while we waited for our tour and to cash in our welcome drink - but were very quickly ignored and was never served another drink - being ignored and not being served helped us save money on this trip - but the employees should learn to not judge and to be respectful and helpful to ALL guests”
