“The employees at the Palace are the kindest humans. I don't think they ever say no- they are so good at making us feel like we are at home (with much better service & view). Juan I & Juan II, Heri, the beautiful hostess in the morning buffet, Maria (chef), and the Sommelier are hands down some of my favorites. I love the Palace. If you are looking for total relaxation, great food, amazing service... then this is your place!”

“Visited here for a week and could not have asked for a better first all-inclusive experience. The staff were VERY friendly, helpful, and good people. Rooms were really nice with very pretty views. We made some friends while we were there and found out that majority of the rooms are the exact same. Every room they have is ocean front. Mini fridge stayed stocked with beer and liquor. Food was decent. A lot of bars and restaurants are within walking distance from the resort. We rented a Jeep and spent a day exploring the island and I highly recommend that. We had an awesome time and will definitely be back. Honestly can not think of anything negative to say!”
