“The resort is beautiful as well as the beach area! Carlos the server from the buffet is amazing! My biggest complaint is the music at the beach and pool area! Extremely loud!!! You can't relax because they are constantly blasting the music. Can't even hear the ocean or the birds chirping when laying on the beach! I will never return to the resort because I feel exhausted from constant music. Even though I asked on few occasions to turn the music down within minutes they would raise it up to the point where one could not think and relax!”
