“Don't get me wrong, this is not a review of the people. All staff were amazing! Amazing! Amazing! And Branson has a lot to see and do for everyone! To be clear, this is a poor review of the engineers of the building. More specifically, the bathroom design. I've always had a travel theory that you can judge a hotel by its bathroom, and this one fails miserably. The worst I've ever seen. I am an average height male. 5'10". The showers are quite literally made for little people. Like I said, this was the worst I've ever seen. I will try attaching 3 photos as evidence. You'll see in one photo, the ceiling height a good 1.5 feet above the door on the outside of the bathroom. Another photo shows the ceiling clearance barely an inch above the door on the inside of the bathroom. The 3rd photo shows the bathroom door open, so you know they are photos of the same location. Question 1: can you tell me why the bathroom ceiling is so much lower than the main room's ceiling? I'll tell you my theory. They purchased very small fully enclosed shower shells. You see, as low as the ceiling is, the shower shell is even lower, then the shower head is even lower, and points downward. Anyone over 5'2" has to lean their head under the shower head. I know this because my girlfriend is 5'3" and had to lean under the shower head. We stayed 3 nights and my neck was killing me. Again, the staff was amazing!”

“The staff is absolutely delightful, friendly and second to none in customer service. The room was very clean and since I had my little grandson, the service desk put me right next to the pool for convenience! The breakfast staff was friendly, food was great considering one lady was servicing an entire hotel for breakfast. She was hustling to make sure everything was clean, wiped down and restocked the minute she saw something low, The lobby is beautifully decorated and extra tables for the breakfast crowd extended out into it. I highly recommend this hotel for Branson stay! General manager is obviously taking care of business!”
