“Lovely hotel! We stayed here unexpectedly and it was great. The staff are so helpful, the rooms clean and spacious, the beds very comfortable and the bathrooms clean with good hot water pressure! The food in the restaurant was great - fresh, high-quality and tasty. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. It is about a 10 minute walk to the central downtown area, with a range of restaurants and shopping also outside. The train and bus station are within 10 minute walks too.”

“EL RECEPTOR SE VOLVIÓ A CASA Y NO TE DIO LA HABITACIÓN, O ¿CÓMO FINALMENTE PERDER A TUS CLIENTES FIELES?Desde 2018 somos clientes de este Hotel. Cada vez que regresaba a Chisinau, estaba con este hotel por nuestra elección. Anoche llegué al HOTEL BERDS después de un largo vuelo. A las 23:40 llegamos a su estacionamiento, tomamos nuestro equipaje y nos dirigimos a la recepción para el alojamiento real. No vi a nadie en la recepción, y en unos minutos salió un señor con el siguiente anuncio: LA RECEPCIÓN SE VOLVIÓ A CASA A LAS 23:00 Y NO PODEMOS DARLE LA HABITACIÓN. Entonces, en realidad, los servicios del hotel trabajaron con el alojamiento solo hasta las 23:00, a las 23:30 no se le permitió quedarse. En este momento en medio de la pandemia no llegamos al restaurante ni a un museo, LLEGAMOS A UN HOTEL POR ALOJAMIENTO. EN EL MUNDO SE BRINDA TODO EL SERVICIO DE ALOJAMIENTO HOTELERO - 24/7. Incluso si sucede que el servicio de contabilidad está restringido por ciertas razones (poco claro), SE ENCUENTRA UNA SOLUCIÓN. EL IMPUESTO DE ALOJAMIENTO TAMBIÉN SE PUEDE PAGAR A LA MAÑANA SIGUIENTE. ¿De qué método de supervivencia estamos hablando en estos tiempos en los que no trabajamos después de las 11 de la noche? Después de hablar por teléfono con el arrogante gerente Andrei a través del servicio de seguridad de este hotel, decidimos que ya no pisaremos el umbral de este hotel. Además, informaremos de esta situación a todos aquellos a quienes hemos recomendado y promocionado este hotel, siendo el caso CLARAMENTE DEFINIDO por la falta de profesionalismo, la falta de respeto por los clientes leales, un trato grosero y una baja competencia.”
