Muito bom, hotel limpo e brilhante, um pouco decepcionado com a Jacuzzi, mas muito grato pelo serviço prestado por Nora. o barman na noite em que fizemos o check-in e Ebony pela manhã, quando fizemos o check-out! Ambos foram ótimos e excepcionais e me fariam voltar a este local!

Very nice, bright clean hotel, a little disappointed with Jacuzzi, but very grateful for the service provided by Nora. the bartender the night we checked in and Ebony in the morning, when we checked out! Both were great and Exceptional and would cause me to return to this location!

O agente de reservas falhou comigo e não reservou minha estadia de 10 noites. NÃO a culpa dos hotéis. Eles só tinham um quarto disponível para 5 noites. Isso acabou sendo uma bênção. Eles se recusaram a limpar meu quarto até a 4ª noite. Perguntei duas vezes. Duas manhãs seguidas para serviço de quarto básico. Eu tenho a mesma coisa todas as vezes. "Nossa política de limpeza da casa é apenas a cada 4 dias."Há placas em todos os lugares que dizem: "Se você não gostar de algo, pergunte a qualquer membro da equipe. Nós faremos isso direito!"Tudo o que eu queria era uma cama arrumada para rastejar, e que meu lixo fosse retirado de pedir o jantar às 21h todas as noites depois de trabalhar 12 ou 14 horas por dia.Acabei fazendo reservas com outro local que pudesse garantir o serviço básico de quarto.

Booking agent failed me and didn't book my 10 night stay. NOT the hotels fault. They only had a room available for 5 nights. This turned out to be a blessing. They refused to clean my room until the 4th night. I asked twice. Two mornings in a row for basic room service. I got the same thing each time. "Our house cleaning policy is only every 4 days." There's signs everywhere that state, "If you don't like something, just ask any team member. We'll make it right!" All I wanted was a fresh made bed to crawl in to, and for my trash to be taken out from ordering dinner at 9pm each night after working a 12 or 14 hour day. I eventually booked reservations with another location that could guarantee basic room service.

O hotel estava limpo e o serviço foi excelente! Os quartos tinham móveis novos e todos os lençóis estavam limpos. O xampu, condicionador e sabonete eram de melhor qualidade em comparação com outros hotéis desse calibre, o que é ótimo!Semelhante a outros hotéis da região, o estacionamento era gratuito, o que é ótimo em comparação com os hotéis da cidade (o estacionamento pode facilmente custar US$ 60/noite).Para o preço, localização, serviço e limpeza, eu ficaria aqui novamente.

El hotel estaba limpio y el servicio era excelente! Las habitaciones tenían muebles nuevos y todas las sábanas estaban limpias. El champú, el acondicionador y el jabón eran de mejor calidad en comparación con otros hoteles de este calibre, ¡lo cual es genial!Al igual que en otros hoteles de la zona, el estacionamiento era gratuito, lo cual es excelente en comparación con los hoteles de la ciudad (el estacionamiento puede costar fácilmente $ 60 por noche).Por el precio, la ubicación, el servicio y la limpieza, definitivamente me quedaría aquí de nuevo.

The hotel was clean and the service was excellent! The rooms had new furnitures and all the sheets were clean. The shampoo, conditioner and soap was better quality compared to other hotels of this calibre which is great! Similar to other hotels in the area, the parking was free which is great compared to hotels in the city (parking can easily be $60/night). For the price, location, service, and cleanliness, I would definitely stay here again.

To start, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the bed was fairly uncomfortable and the shower pressure was pretty weak.

Fiquei feliz com a minha experiência aqui. Eu sou um membro do Hilton Honors e minha garrafa de água estava no meu quarto junto com algumas outras comodidades, então eles estavam preparados para me receber, embora eu fiz o check-in um pouco mais tarde. O único problema foi que tentei fazer o check-in pelo aplicativo e me disseram que ainda precisava fazer o check-in na mesa, no aplicativo para recuperar a chave digital. Isso foi um pouco inconveniente depois de uma viagem de 10 horas. Eu estava pronto para ir para a cama e não falar com ninguém, mas meu quarto estava limpo e fiquei feliz com a estadia em geral.

I was happy with my experience here. I am a Hilton Honors member and my bottle water was in my room along with a few other amenities so they were prepared to receive me even though I checked in a little later. The only hang up was I attempted to check in through the app and was told I still needed to check in at the desk,on the app to revieve digital key. That was a little inconvenient after a 10-hour Drive I was ready to get in bed and not talk to anyone but my room was clean and I was happy with the stay overall.

Was in Chicago for a family function so this place was a great location for us. We've enjoyed using the Hilton Honors App. Been very useful. The room was.nice. Only problem was the bathroom sink was clogged. Mentioned it to the front desk but she didnt seem to be to concerned about it. So that's a big Negative. Requested towels and was told to come get them myself. From the front desk. Someone should have been available to bring them to our room. Aside from that, everything else was fine. Will continue to stay at Hilton because more often than not, service is always great.
