“Chévere sitio hay lugar de baile además cerca para latinos también en la zona baja, hay opciones de hospedaje cerca y allí mismo de varios precios. Lugares de comida cercana, es ya un clásico más está cerca de todo”

“The hotel is outdated and not clean. Our room obviously hadn't been cleaned enough because we set our baby down and she found a handful of coins on the floor and there was hair in the tub. The elevator is under renovation so you have to walk a TON just to get to your room. A majority of the staff was really helpful and nice, but we did have one man in a blue jacket that was completely rude. My husband and I had to grab some stuff from the gift shop after hours on floor 1. He stopped and played a game in the casino, so I waited on the walkway by the elevators with my baby. The blue jacket told me that security was going to get me for having the baby down there. I told him I wasn't on the casino floor and he said I either needed to continue walking or security was being called. The audacity. Security didn't do anything because they knew I was not on the casino floor. Shouldn't have your gift shop and other amenities/check in for families with children in the same place as the casino. Employees need to stop being on a power trip. We definitely won't be coming back or recommending it to anyone.”
