“I was given 2 rooms as I was not content with the first room. Both rooms smelled like mold, the walls and sheets were wet and humid, with covid I did not feel comfortable staying at this hotel there for I withdrew my stay. I was told I would get an email confirmation with a refund & it will show in my credit card in 3-5 business days. After calling 3x and getting the run around, I was forced to get stern which lead to me receiving an email. However, when speaking on the phone with the receptionist, she was exceptionally rude! Who puts a client on hold without saying “I am going to place you on a brief hold”? .. I was left talking to myself. I was also told that I was never charged anything... when clearly it states in my credit card statements that the charge is still there. Needless to say, take your money elsewhere. Your pockets, health and sanity will thank you later!”

“The hotel definitely did not feel like a 4 star hotel, more like two. Even simple services like getting new towels dropped off at the door took more than 5 hours to complete, a person from a group described the hotels service as "getting a tooth pulled out".”
